Content Sherpa uses intuitive components to create engaging and user-friendly content experiences. Each component plays a distinct role in guiding the user journey, making it easier for visitors to find answers, engage with the content, and access resources.
- Conversation Title – The title assigned to a conversation initiated by the visitor.
- Question - The visitor interacted with a question from Guiding, Follow-up, or Supplementary Questions, or manually typed a question.
- Answer - Generated by Content Sherpa based on the Guiding, Follow-up, Supplementary, or Manually typed questions.
- Feedback Icons - Visitors can provide Feedback
such as Likes
or Dislikes
for the generated answers, allowing them to review and analyze responses.
Note: Feedback buttons are shown exclusively for responses generated from Guiding and Follow-up Questions, not for Supplementary Questions. - Related Resources - Based on the visitor's question, the AI will search through the assets in the Hub, and if it finds a matching result, it will list the asset under this section.
- Add to Library - Clicking this button bookmarks the asset, and all bookmarked assets will appear in the Resource Library when the visitor clicks the View Library button in the Question Box panel.
- Follow-up Questions - Content Sherpa crafts these questions to assist visitors in narrowing down their search and clarifying their needs.
Note: If the visitor asks a question that closely matches or is similar to the Supplementary Questions, the system will automatically present the predefined answers to assist the visitor. - Question text box - You can manually type a question into the text box.
- Switch to classic view - Clicking this link redirects the visitor to the Hub classic view.
- Add a New Conversation -Add a New Conversation in Content Sherpa allows users to start a fresh interaction or inquiry. By selecting this option, visitors can initiate a new conversation thread, separate from any ongoing or previous discussions.
- Save Chat -The chat can be saved for future reference for visitors.
- Library - Clicking the Library button allows you to view previously stored conversations.
