Introduction to ContentSherpa

At Hushly, we know navigating a content hub can sometimes be overwhelming for visitors. To simplify their experience and guide them directly to the content they need, we’ve introduced ContentSherpa, an intuitive and intelligent feature designed to act as a personal guide for each visitor.


ContentSherpa helps users quickly find the most relevant content, without browsing through an entire content hub. Whether they are looking for articles, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, or any other resource, ContentSherpa uses AI, advanced algorithms, and user behavior data to present tailored recommendations.


With ContentSherpa, Hushly ensures that every visitor is met with the right information at the right time, turning a traditional content hub into a dynamic, personalized journey. They can also save the Chat Conversations and view them in their Library.

ContentSherpa is a custom feature. Please reach out to your Hushly Customer Success Manager (CSM) to have this functionality enabled. 


  • Once this feature is enabled, the ContentSherpa will appear in the Hub Menu.

  • From the Hub Menu, click ContentSherpa. The ContentSherpa page displays with the Enable ContentSherpa button.  
  • Click Enable ContentSherpa, the Configure tab is selected by default, and contains two sections: Prequalification and Settings.

 

ContentSherpa module consists of the following:

  • Metrics: The ContentSherpa Metrics are a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) designed to evaluate the effectiveness of content strategies and guide continuous improvement. These metrics provide insights into how well content engages audiences, meets objectives, and drives desired outcomes. 

  • Configure: The Configure tab is divided into two sections: Prequalification, Settings, SEO, and Styling.. Together, these four sections ensure that ContentSherpa accurately aligns with your requirements before Activation.

  • Guiding Questions: Guiding Questions for ContentSherpa are key prompts designed to steer the content discovery and generation process. These questions help establish the main direction and focus of the content, ensuring that it aligns with your objectives. By setting clear guiding questions, you can direct the flow of information, tailor the tone, and ensure that the content addresses the right topics. 

  • Supplementary Questions:  Supplementary Questions lets you add predefined Q&A to improve the quality of AI responses. For instance, when creating content for a particular subject or project, supplementary questions can guide the user to think about the topic from different angles or fill in gaps that may not have been initially considered.  

  • Knowledge Base: The Knowledge Base acts as a central hub for content management of your  It allows you to upload and manage various types of information from a single location, including PDF documents, website URLs, and pasted or written text. 

  • Conversations: ContentSherpa Conversations refer to the real-time recorded interactions between the visitor and the ContentSherpa (co-pilot). These conversations provide valuable insights into what visitors seek and guide how to approach them with relevant and supportive questions. 

  • Feedback: When visitors land on the ContentSherpa page, Hushly displays a set of Guiding Questions to initiate the conversation. If the user selects any Guiding or Follow-up Questions, content-generated responses are shown along with positive and negative feedback buttons (thumbs up and thumbs down). If the visitor is satisfied with the content-generated responses and finds them relevant, they have the option to provide positive feedback (thumbs up). If the feedback is negative (thumbs down), the Admin can verify the feedback, which prompts ContentSherpa to avoid showing the same response for similar questions in the future. This process helps continuously refine and improve the quality of responses for future users. 

  • Embed Code: Generates customizable code to deploy the ContentSherpa widget on your website. Hushly can embed the ContentSherpa Widget directly into web pages, enabling seamless access to AI-powered content recommendations and Q&A functionality across your site and ABM Pages.  


To use ContentSherpa, you must first configure the Prequalification and Settings in the Configure tag, define the Guiding Questions and Supplementary Questions, and then click the Activate button.
