Content Sherpa - Conversations

Content Sherpa Conversations refer to the real-time recorded interactions between the visitor and the Content Sherpa (co-pilot). These conversations provide valuable insights into what visitors seek and guide how to approach them with relevant and supportive questions.


To view the real-time Conversations in Hushly, follow the steps below:


  1. Click on the Conversations tab to view the Conversations listing page, which displays all recorded interactions between the Visitor and Content Sherpa. This includes details such as the Title, Visitor, Last Message Time,Created On, and Search options. Note: Anonymous are first-time visitors, and users with a Name and Company are repeat visitors who have previously submitted the Hushly Form.
     
  2. Click a Title to display the conversation between Content Sherpa and the Visitor.Note: Click the Conversations link to return to the Conversations listing page.

  3. Click the View Lead icon.
    •  The Lead details page will open in a new tab. 
  4. The Conversations Search feature allows you to search by Filter, Visitor, Visitor Type, and Start and End Date.

    • Enter a Title in the filter and click Search. The results matching the search criteria will be displayed. 
    • Enter a Visitor in the filter and click Search. The results matching the search criteria will be displayed. 
    • Select a Visitor Type from the filter options and click Search. The results that match the search criteria will be shown. 
    • Enter a Start and End date in the date filter and click Search. The results that match the selected dates will be displayed.
