When visitors land on the Content Sherpa page, Hushly displays a set of Guiding Questions to initiate the conversation. If the user selects any Guiding or Follow-up Questions, content-generated responses are shown along with positive and negative feedback buttons (thumbs up and thumbs down). If the visitor is satisfied with the content-generated responses and finds them relevant, they have the option to provide positive feedback (thumbs up). If the feedback is negative (thumbs down), the Admin can verify the feedback, which prompts Content Sherpa to avoid showing the same response for similar questions in the future. This process helps continuously refine and improve the quality of responses for future users.
Note:
By default, the Allow Feedback option is enabled in the Settings section of the Configure tab. If this option is disabled, the Like and Dislike feedback buttons will not appear for any answers displayed in real time.
These Feedback buttons are only displayed for responses generated from Guiding and Follow-up Questions, and not for Supplementary Questions.
