At Hushly, we know navigating a content hub can sometimes be overwhelming for visitors. To simplify their experience and guide them directly to the content they need, we’ve introduced Content Sherpa – an intuitive and intelligent feature designed to act as a personal guide for each visitor.
Content Sherpa helps users quickly find the most relevant content, without browsing through an entire content hub. Whether they are looking for articles, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, or any other resource, Content Sherpa uses AI, advanced algorithms, and user behavior data to present tailored recommendations.
With Content Sherpa, Hushly ensures that every visitor is met with the right information at the right time, turning a traditional content hub into a dynamic, personalized journey. They can also save the Chat Conversations and view them in their Library.
Content Sherpa is a custom feature. Please reach out to your Hushly Customer Success Manager (CSM) to have this functionality enabled.
- Once this feature is enabled, the Content Sherpa will appear in the Hub Menu.
- From the Hub Menu, click Content Sherpa. The Content Sherpa page displays with the Enable Content Sherpa button.
- Click Enable Content Sherpa, the Configure tab is selected by default and contains two sections: Prequalification and Settings.
Content Sherpa module consists of the following:
- Metrics
- Configure
- Guiding Questions
- Supplementary Questions
- Conversations
- Feedback
To use Content Sherpa, you must first configure the Prequalification and Settings in the Configure tag, define the Guiding Questions and Supplementary Questions, and then click the Activate button.
