To simplify the exchange of ABM module data between Hushly and HubSpot, Hushly provides an option to integrate and keep both systems in sync. As part of this, you can configure a sync and publish process for Companies and Contacts [Account Visitors]. Overview
- Establish a connection between Hushly and HubSpot.
- ABM Account Mapping.
- Map Hushly ABM Account Fields to HubSpot Fields.
- Edit, Disable, and Disconnect HubSpot Integration.
Establish a connection between Hushly and HubSpot
- From the Left Nav Menu, click Setup > Integrations.
- On the Integrations page, click on New Integration or Start Integration.
- From the Integration pop-up window, select HubSpot and click Activate.
- Connecting Hushly to HubSpot message is displayed, click Sign In to your HubSpot account.
- The HubSpot login page will be displayed. Enter your HubSpot credentials to sign in.
- The HubSpot Accounts page is displayed to choose an Account. On selecting the account, the Choose Account button is activated. Click Choose Account.

- After the account is activated, a confirmation message will appear that Hushly is connected to HubSpot. The Lead Tab is selected by default and the Hushly Lead Standard fields are mapped to your HubSpot fields.
ABM Account Mapping
On the Integration Details Page, select the ABM Account Tab.
Click Add Mapping.
- The Add ABM Account Mapping pop-up is displayed. Configure the fields and click Continue. The Field Mapping popup is displayed.
- The HubSpot Object Companies is selected by default and cannot be edited.
- Selecting the option Import Accounts from a HubSpot List will display the field HubSpot List with a dropdown of all the Lists available in HubSpot. Select the List to pull from HubSpot.
- Selecting the option Publish to HubSpot, will publish all the Accounts Engagement Stage and Engagement Tier Updated On activities to all Companies.
Note: Selecting Only Publish the Imported Accounts will publish to the only synced Companies. - Select Dedupe Rules.
- Match Account Name: During the sync, the system will check if the Account Name exists. If it matches then the Publish to HubSpot or Import from HubSpot process is completed.
- Match Account Domain: During the sync, the system will check if the Account Domain exists. If it matches then the Publish to HubSpot or Import from HubSpot process is completed.
ABM Account Field Mapping
- In the Field Mapping pop-up, map the Hushly Account fields with HubSpot fields. Click Save.
Note: To add additional Hushly fields for mapping with HubSpot fields, click Add Field Mapping. - The ABM Account Mapping page is displayed with Sync, Edit, Delete, and Configure Field Mapping buttons.
- Clicking the Sync button triggers an on-demand job that immediately synchronizes data into Hushly, displaying a confirmation message: A job has been initiated to sync ABM Account data from HubSpot. This process enables direct data import from HubSpot, eliminating the need for manual CSV file uploads into Hushly.
Note: This will sync data from HubSpot to Hushly and not the other way around. An hourly process runs to publish data to HubSpot and simultaneously sync data from HubSpot. - Click on the Edit button. The Edit ABM Account Mapping pop-up is displayed. Make necessary changes and click Continue. The ABM Account Mapping pop-up is displayed. Make changes (optional) and click Save.
- Click on the Configure Field Mapping button. The Field Mapping pop-up is displayed.
- Click the Delete button. A confirmation pop-up is displayed with No and Yes buttons. Click Yes and the mappings configuration will be deleted.

Edit, Disable, and Disconnect HubSpot Integration
- Click on Edit.
- The Hubspot pop-up is displayed with a Reconnect button.
Note: Clicking the Reconnect button returns you to the activation process outlined in Step 3 of Establishing the Connection between Hushly and HubSpot.
- The Hubspot pop-up is displayed with a Reconnect button.
- Click on Disable. A confirmation pop-up is displayed with No and Yes buttons. Click Yes.
- The Integration page is displayed, showing the status has changed from Enabled to Disabled, and the Disable button is replaced to Enable. Note: Click Enable to Reconnect.

- Click on the Disconnect button. A confirmation pop-up is displayed with No and Yes buttons. Click Yes.
- A success message is displayed and the HubSpot Integration is removed from the Integration listing page.
