HubSpot Integration: Information & Setup

Setting up the Connection with HubSpot allows you to publish the Leads generated by Hushly to your HubSpot Account. HubSpot is an inbound marketing and sales platform that helps companies attract visitors, convert leads, and close customers.

Overview

• Establish a connection between Hushly and Hubspot.
• Map Hushly Lead Fields to HubSpot Contact Fields.
• Disconnecting HubSpot Integrations.

Establish a connection between Hushly and HubSpot

1. Login to your Hushly Account.    
   
   
2. From the Left Nav Menu, click  Setup > Integration.    
3. On the Integrations page, click + New Integration to add Hubspot.       
   
4. From the Integration pop-up window, click HubSpot.
   
5. On the HubSpot pop-up window, click the “Connect to HubSpot” button.   
6. HubSpot Login page will be displayed, enter your HubSpot credentials to Login to HubSpot.   
7. The HubSpot Accounts page is displayed after you log in, and select your account to be added.    
8. You will be redirected back to Hushly and a connection status message is displayed.

Lead Field Value Mapping: 

To map a lead field value, follow the below steps:

• Click on the Map Values icon to Map the custom Values.       
• The Value Mapping pop-up window displays the following:
  •  The values on the left side are Hushly values.
    
    
  • The values on the right side are set as third-party lead field values, these values can be modified according to the third-party field values.
       
• Click Save to confirm the mapped changes 

           Note: when the lead is published, the mapped lead field value will be published to the third-party field.    
            

Map Hushly Lead Fields to HubSpot Lead Fields

1. Hushly automatically maps Standard Fields. Click Configure Field Mappings button to configure the request parameter names for all the available Lead Fields    
2. In the Field Mapping window, you can map Hushly Non-Standard Fields like Widget Name, Asset Name, and Source URL to your HubSpot Contact Custom Fields. Map Hushly Fields to any HubSpot Field be it a Standard field or Custom Field.   
3. Publish Rule
   • Overwrite: Always sets the value always irrespective of whether there is already a value available for that field or not.
     
     
   • Do not Overwrite: Set the value only when the Hubspot field value is blank.
     
     

Disconnecting HubSpot Integrations

1. Click Disconnect. Hushly asks you to confirm the action.   
2. Click OK to Disconnect.   
3. A confirmation message is displayed and Hubspot no longer appears on the Integrations tab.
