Content ROI Report Overview

Modified on Wed, 13 Aug at 11:09 PM

Hushly's Content ROI Report measures the effectiveness and value generated from content accessed on ABM Pages in driving engagement, leads, and revenue. This report includes two sub-reports: Influenced Accounts and Asset ROI

  • Influenced Accounts - This shows the accounts that have engaged with your content and were influenced during their buyer journey, helping to track your content's impact on account-level engagement.

  • Asset ROI – Evaluates the return on investment for individual content assets, highlighting which assets generate the most engagement, leads, and revenue contribution.

Prerequisite:

  1. To display metrics in these reports, Salesforce users must have Accounts with associated Opportunities set up in Salesforce, and HubSpot users must have Companies with associated Deals set up in HubSpot.
  2. Integrate your MAP in Hushly.
  3. Run the Sync for your (MAP) integration.  Click the ABM Account sync job first, then click the ABM Opportunity sync. Learn more about Integrating and Syncing for Salesforce and HubSpot.
  4. View Salesforce Opportunities and HubSpot Deals under Opportunities in the left navigation menu of ABM.

Important: In ABM > Opportunities, you must configure the ROI Settings for the Content ROI Reports to take effect.
Content ROI Reports:
Influenced Accounts Dashboard: The Influenced Accounts dashboard provides a visual and tabular view of how Target Accounts engage with your Assets. It combines engagement metrics with sales opportunity data to give sales and marketing teams a unified view of account activity, pipeline impact, and revenue influence. In the graph, the blue bar represents Asset Views and the teal bar represents Asset Engagements.

This dashboard updates in real time. When a Visitor lands on an ABM Page and interacts with an Asset (such as viewing, engaging, or downloading), the metrics in the Influenced Accounts reports are updated when the scheduled reporting jobs are run, approximately every 10 minutes.

Asset ROI Dashboard: The Asset ROI dashboard provides insights into each marketing asset's return on investment (ROI). It tracks how assets influence the sales pipeline and closed revenue, helping sales and marketing teams identify high-performing content and prioritize future asset creation. The blue bar represents the pipeline influence, and the teal bar represents the closed-won revenue influenced by the asset.

This dashboard updates in real time. When a Visitor lands on an ABM Page and interacts with an Asset (such as viewing, engaging, or downloading), the metrics in the Asset ROI reports are updated when the scheduled reporting jobs are run, approximately every 10 minutes.
