The ABM Opportunity Sync ensures that Opportunity data (referred to as Deals in HubSpot) is synchronized seamlessly into the Hushly platform. This ensures that Opportunity data, linked to the corresponding Accounts in Hubspot, is reflected in Hushly for accurate tracking, reporting, and ROI measurement. Opportunities are managed in HubSpot only.

Establish a connection between Hushly and HubSpot
- If your HubSpot account is already integrated with Hushly, navigate directly to the ABM Opportunity tab on the integrations details page. If not, click here to set up the integration.
ABM Opportunity Mapping.
- On the Integration details page, select the ABM Opportunity tab and click "Add Mapping."
- The Add ABM Opportunity Mapping pop-up window is displayed.
- The HubSpot Object "Deals" is selected by default and cannot be edited.
- Enable the Import from HubSpot field.
- Enabling the Import from HubSpot, the Sync Opportunities from All Accounts option is auto-selected.
- Click Continue.
ABM Opportunity Field Mapping
- In the Field Mapping popup window, the Hushly Opportunity fields are auto-mapped with the HubSpot Opportunity fields. Click Save.
Note: To add additional Hushly fields for mapping with HubSpot fields, click Add Field Mapping.
- The ABM Opportunity Mapping page is displayed with Sync Logs, Sync, Edit, Delete, and Configure Field Mapping buttons.
Configure Field Mapping:Clicking the button opens the Field Mapping pop-up window. Make changes (optional) and click Save.
Delete:Click the button. A confirmation pop-up is displayed with No and Yes buttons. Click Yes, and the mappings configuration will be deleted.
Edit: Click the button. The Edit ABM Opportunity Mapping pop-up window is displayed. Make necessary changes and click Continue. The ABM Opportunity Field Mapping pop-up is displayed. Make changes (optional) and click Save.
Sync: Clicking the button triggers an on-demand job that immediately synchronizes data into Hushly, displaying a confirmation message: A Job has been initiated to sync ABM Opportunity data from HubSpot. This process enables direct data import from HubSpot, eliminating the need for manual CSV file uploads into Hushly.
IMPORTANT: Click the ABM Account Sync first, THEN the ABM Opportunity Sync.
- Note: These data syncs are from HubSpot to Hushly and not the other way around. There is an hourly job that runs that will publish to HubSpot and at the same time sync from HubSpot.
Sync Logs: Clicking the button opens the Sync Logs pop-up window with the following columns:
- CRM ID– Unique record ID from your CRM.
- Name - Name or label of the synced record.
- Status - Last sync result (success or failure).
- Failure Reason - Reason for sync failure, if any.
- Last Sync Time - Date and time of the latest sync.
- First Sync Time - Date and time of the first sync.
- Action – Options to re-sync or view record details.
