To simplify the exchange of ABM module data between Hushly and HubSpot, Hushly provides an option to integrate and keep both systems in sync. As part of this, you can configure a sync and publish process for Companies and Contacts [Account Visitors]. Overview
- Establish a connection between Hushly and HubSpot.
- ABM Visitor Mapping.
- Map Hushly ABM Visitor Fields to HubSpot Contact Fields.
- Settings, Edit, Disable, and Disconnect HubSpot Integration.
Establish a connection between Hushly and HubSpot
- From the Left Nav Menu, click Setup > Integrations.
- On the Integrations page, click on New Integration or Start Integration.
- From the Integration pop-up window, select HubSpot and click Activate.
- Connecting Hushly to the HubSpot message is displayed. Click Sign In to your HubSpot account.
- The HubSpot login page will be displayed. Enter your HubSpot credentials to sign in.
- The HubSpot Accounts page is displayed to choose an Account. On selecting the account, the Choose Account button is activated. Click Choose Account.
- After the account is activated, a confirmation message will appear that Hushly is connected to HubSpot. The Lead Tab is selected by default, and the Hushly Lead Standard fields are mapped to your HubSpot fields.
ABM Visitor Mapping
- On the Integration Details Page, select AMB Visitor Tab.
- Click Add Mappings.
- The Add ABM Visitor Mapping pop-up is displayed. Configure the fields and click Continue. The Field Mapping pop-up is displayed.
- The HubSpot Object Contact is selected by default and cannot be edited.
- Selecting the option Import from HubSpot, you have three options.
- Import Contacts Associated with All Imported Companies- Selecting this option will import all Contacts (Visitors) from all Companies into Hushly
- Import Contacts from a HubSpot List - Selecting this option will open a list view with a drop-down of all Lists available in HubSpot. Select a List that you want to import from HubSpot.
- Sync HubSpot Id as Invitee Id - This option is selected by default. When the Contacts are imported to Hushly, the HubSpot Id is displayed as the Invitee Id.
- Selecting this option, Publish to HubSpot, will publish all created/updated Hushly Visitors as Contacts to HubSpot.
- Selecting Create records for unrecognized visitors is optional. Unrecognized visitors are those that are created in Hushly and do not exist in HubSpot. These can be published to HubSpot by selecting this option.
- Select Dedupe Rules.
- Match Email Address: During the sync, the system will check if the Email Address exists. If it matches, then the Publish to HubSpot or Import from HubSpot process is completed.
- Match Email Address: During the sync, the system will check if the Email Address exists. If it matches, then the Publish to HubSpot or Import from HubSpot process is completed.
ABM Visitors Mapping
- In the Field Mapping pop-up, map the Hushly Visitor Fields with HubSpot Fields. Click Save.
Note: To add additional Hushly fields for mapping with HubSpot fields, click Add Field Mapping.
- The ABM Visitor Mapping page is displayed with Sync Logs, Sync Edit, Delete, and Configure Field Mapping buttons.
- Sync Logs: Clicking the button opens the Sync Logs pop-up window with a list of synced visitors.
- Sync: Clicking on the Sync button initiates an on-demand job that immediately syncs the data into Hushly, displaying a confirmation message: "A job has been initiated to sync ABM Visitor data from HubSpot." This allows for direct data import from HubSpot instead of manually uploading a CSV file via Hushly.
IMPORTANT: Click the ABM Account Sync first, THEN the ABM Visitor Sync.
Note: This will sync data from HubSpot to Hushly and not the other way around. An hourly process runs to publish data to HubSpot and simultaneously sync data from HubSpot. - Edit: Clicking the Edit button displays the Edit ABM Visitor Mapping pop-up window. Please make the necessary changes and click Continue. The ABM Visitor Mapping pop-up is displayed. Make changes (optional) and click Save.
- Configure Field Mapping: Clicking the button opens the Field Mapping pop-up window. Make changes (optional) and click Save.
- Click the Delete button. A confirmation pop-up is displayed with the No and Yes buttons. Click Yes, and the mapping configuration will be deleted.
- Sync Logs: Clicking the button opens the Sync Logs pop-up window with a list of synced visitors.
Settings, Edit, Disable, and Disconnect HubSpot Integration
- Click Settings.
- The HubSpot Settings pop-up opens, displaying the Content View, Form Submit, and Content Download toggles disabled by default.
- Toggle the Content View, Form Submit, and Content Download switches to Yes, and click Save. Hushly supports publishing the following activities to HubSpot.
- Content View - Triggered when a visitor views content within Hushly modules like Experiences, Hubs (Smart NLP Pages), or ABM Pages.
Form Submit - Triggered when a visitor submits a Hushly form to access gated content on Experiences, SNLPs, or ABM Pages.
Content Download - Triggered when a visitor clicks the download link from the email received after form submission.
- The HubSpot Settings pop-up opens, displaying the Content View, Form Submit, and Content Download toggles disabled by default.
- Click on Edit.
- The HubSpot pop-up window is displayed. The “Reconnect” option appears when the HubSpot integration has expired or been disconnected. To resume syncing leads, click Reconnect and reauthorize Hushly with your HubSpot account.
- The HubSpot pop-up window is displayed. The “Reconnect” option appears when the HubSpot integration has expired or been disconnected. To resume syncing leads, click Reconnect and reauthorize Hushly with your HubSpot account.
- Click on Disable. A confirmation pop-up is displayed with the No and Yes buttons. Click Yes.
- The Integration page is displayed, showing that the status has changed from Enabled to Disabled, and the Disable button has switched to an Enable button.
- Note: Click Enable to Reconnect.
- The Integration page is displayed, showing that the status has changed from Enabled to Disabled, and the Disable button has switched to an Enable button.
- Click the Disconnect button. A confirmation pop-up is displayed with the No and Yes buttons. Click Yes.
- A success message is displayed, and the HubSpot Integration is removed from the Integration listing page.
