Editing and Deleting Engagement Flow

Editing an Engagement Flow

The Engagement Flow fields - Name, Default Account Rep, and Remove Visitors from this Engagement Flow can be edited on the Engagement Listing Page or the Engagement Details Page.

Editing an Engagement Flow on the Listing page:

1. From the Left Nave Menu, click ABM > Engagement Flows.           
2. On the Engagement Flows listing page, click Edit under the Actions column.           
3. The Edit Engagement Flow pop-up window is displayed, and you can edit all the fields.
   
   
4. Click Save to update the changes.
   
   
5. A confirmation message of the edited field is updated, and the engagement flow details page is displayed.           

Editing an Engagement Flow on the details page:

1. On the Engagement Flow detail page, click Edit.   
2. The Edit Engagement Flow pop-up window is displayed, and you can edit all the fields. Click Save to update the changes.         
3. A confirmation message that the edited field has been updated is displayed. 
   
   

Deleting an Engagement Flow

An Engagement Flow can be deleted either from the Engagement Listing Page or directly from the Engagement Details Page. 

Deleting the Engagement Flow on the Listing page:

1. From the Left Nav Menu, click ABM > Engagement Flows. 
2. On the Engagement Flows listing page, click Delete under the Actions column. 
3. A confirmation prompt will appear. Click Yes to permanently delete the Engagement Flow. 
4. A confirmation message about the deletion is displayed. The deleted Engagement Flow would not be displayed in the list of engagement flows on the Engagement Flow listing page. 

Deleting the Engagement Flow on the Details page:

1. On the Engagement Flow detail page, click Delete. 
2. A confirmation prompt will appear. Click Yes to permanently delete the Engagement Flow. 
3. A confirmation message about the deletion is displayed. The deleted Engagement Flow would not be displayed in the list of engagement flows on the Engagement Flow listing page.
