The Engagement Flow process begins when the visitors are added to the steps, and each status of the process can be viewed on the Engagement Flow Details page.
This document will assist you in understanding how to view the engagement flow page.
The Statistics block displays the status of the engagement flow.
The following points are to help you identify the Engagement Flow page:
- Steps represent the total number of steps in the engagement flow.
- Days indicate the overall duration of the engagement flow, in terms of how many days it takes to complete.
- Total shows the total number of visitors currently within the engagement flow.
- Scheduled displays the number of visitors who are scheduled to receive an email.
- Waiting Room reflects the number of visitors queued to move into the scheduled phase.
- In Progress indicates the number of visitors currently active in one of the engagement steps.
- Paused shows how many visitors are paused at various steps within the flow.
- Exited reflects the number of visitors who have exited the engagement flow due to one or more of the following scenarios:
- Completed all the Engagement Flow.
- While the below options are selected while creating an engagement flow
- When the visitor replies to any emails.
- When visitors click on a tracked hyperlink in any of the emails.
- When a visitor is manually removed from the second step of the engagement flow.
- When a visitor unsubscribes from the email.
- Completed all the Engagement Flow.
- Email Metrics shows the actions made by the visitors in the emails.
- The number of emails that are sent in the engagement flow.
- The number of emails that are delivered in the engagement flow.
- The number of emails that are opened in the engagement flow.
- The number of email links that are clicked in the engagement flow.
- The number of emails that are replied to in the engagement flow.
- The number of emails that are unsubscribed from the engagement flow.

- The number of emails that are sent in the engagement flow.
- In Progress section displays the action of the visitors in the engagement flow.
- Step Info section displays the email steps that are created.
- Visitors display the status of the number of visitors is added to the steps.
- The Pending status indicates that the email has not yet been delivered to the visitors in this step.
- The Pause status indicates that the engagement flow for a visitor has been put on hold in this step.
- The Pending status indicates that the email has not yet been delivered to the visitors in this step.
- Metrics show the visitors' actions for each of the engagement flow steps.
- Email Metrics displays the visitor's actions in the email.

- Step Info section displays the email steps that are created.
- Scheduled section displays the visitor's details, and that is scheduled to receive the email yet.
- If there are more visitors than the maximum number, they are displayed in the Waiting Room section until the visitors in the schedule section are finished.
- Visitors who exit when the engagement flow steps are completed, unsubscribed, or removed from the engagement flow are displayed in the Exited section.
