Actions performed in the In Progress

In Progress displays the visitor's actions in each step of the engagement flow.

Step Info section displays information about the configured Email Step.

  1. Click the Email Template name link to preview the Template.
  2. When clicking Edit on the Preview pop-up window, it will lead to the Setup > Email Template page to modify the Engagement Flow email template. To preview an email template that is associated with a step in the Engagement Flow, follow the steps below:   
    1. On the Engagement Flow detail page, under the In Progress section, click the three-dot menu of the step and select Preview.   
    2. The preview window is displayed with the Email Template. Note: On clicking the Edit button, you will be directed to the Email Template - Engagement Flow page, where you can make changes to the template.

Visitors show the status of the number of visitors is added to the steps.

  • The Pending status indicates that the email has not yet been delivered to the visitors in this step.

  • The Pause status indicates that the engagement flow for a visitor has been put on hold in this step.

  • Click the pending link. The Step Visitor pop-up window is displayed with the details of the visitors. The following actions can be performed:
    • Click the Visitor’s name to navigate to the Account Visitor Details page.

    • Click the Account name to open the Account Details page.

    • Click the Account Rep’s Name to view the Account Rep Details page.

    • The Engagement Stage displays the current status of the visitor within the Engagement Tier.

    • The Status shows the date and time the visitor was added.
                         
    • Use the drop-down menu to select "Pending" and view the list of pending visitors.   
    •  Click the drop-down menu and select "Paused" to view the list of paused visitors.

    • Click the three-dot menu under the action column, the following options are displayed.
      • Select the Remove option to remove the visitor from the engagement flow. Note: You are asked to confirm. Click Yes to remove this visitor in this step.

      • Select the Pause option to halt the engagement flow for this visitor.  Note: You are asked to confirm. Click Yes to pause this visitor in this step. 

      • Select the Skip option to skip the visitor from one step to the next. Note: You are asked to confirm. Click Yes to skip this step in this step.

      • Select the Subscription Settings to unsubscribe from receiving emails Note: Select the Emails checkbox to confirm the subscription, and click Save. 
    • Paused Visitors:
      • Click the Pause visitor in the Visitor section.
           
      • The Step Visitor pop-up window is displayed with the details of the visitors and status - Paused. Select the Resume option to resume the paused visitors. 

        Note: You are asked to confirm to resume, click Yes to resume this visitor in this step. 


Metrics show the visitor's action on each of the engagement flow steps:

  • Entered - The number of visitors who entered the engagement flow at this step.

  • Failed - The number of visitors who failed to complete the engagement flow at this step.

  • Stopped - The number of visitors whose engagement was stopped during this step.

  • Completed - The number of visitors who successfully completed this step in the engagement flow.

  • Skipped - The number of visitors who skipped this step in the engagement flow.



Email Metrics displays the visitor's action in the email:

  • When the email is sent to the visitors based on the time interval configured in the step.

  • When the email is delivered to the visitor.   
  • When the visitor opens the email.   
  • When the visitor clicks on any tracked links in the email.
