Creating an Engagement Flow

Hushly Engagement Flow helps to connect with more prospects while also capturing every interaction that occurs in between the flow. This document will assist you in understanding how to create an Engagement Flow.

            

To create an engagement flow, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Left Nav Menu, click ABM > Engagement Flows.     
  2. On the Engagement Flows page, click New Engagement Flow.   
  3. In the Add Engagement Flow window, enter a Name for the Engagement Flow.       
  4. Select the Default Account Rep from the drop-down list.
    Note: 
    Account Reps who are linked to an email provider will be listed in the drop-down list. Read here to connect to an email provider.
                
  5. The "Remove Visitors from this Engagement Flow" option is based on how the visitors will exit the engagement flow. Optionally, select either one or both of the following actions.
    • When a prospect replies to the Engagement Flow's email, the visitor will be removed from the engagement flow.

    • When a prospect clicks on the tracked hyperlink in the Engagement Flow's email, the visitor will be removed from the engagement flow.
               
  6. Click Save.   
  7. The new engagement flow detail page and the confirmation message that the engagement flow has been saved are displayed.
