To add steps to an Engagement Flow:

  1. On the Engagement Flow Details page, click Add Steps in the In Progress section.
  2. The Steps pop-up window appears, divided into two sections that can be configured as follows:
    • In the Step Config section, set the intervals for the steps to be activated.
      • Enter the Days/Hours/Minutes for this step. This would activate the Step to execute at the set Day/Hour/Minute.

      • Optionally, select either a specific time zone and the days of the week,
This would activate the Step to execute at the set Time on the selected Day

or select Days, Time, and the days of the week time frame zone. This would activate the Step to execute on the specified Day at the set Time on the selected Day.
Note: When a specific time zone and days are chosen, the Hours and Minutes buttons are disabled.
