Adding Visitors to the Engagement Flow

To add visitors to the Engagement Flow:

1. On the Engagement Flow Details page, click Add Visitors.       
2. Select the Visitors displayed and click Add to Engagement Flow.   
3. A confirmation pop-up is displayed with the visitor selected, click Add.
      
4. A confirmation message of the visitor added to the Engagement Flow is displayed. Note: Click Show Details to direct back to the engagement flow page.
                
5. Similarly, follow the above steps to add more visitors to your engagement flow.
