What are the standard attributes of an Account?

Every account has the following standard attributes:

  1. Metadata: provides general information about the account. They are:
    • Account Name: The name of the account, for example - Amazon.
    • Alias Name: The alternative name of the account, for example - AmazonIN.
    • Domain Name:  The domain of the website, for example - amazon.com.
    • Alias Domain:  The alternative domain name for the main domain, for example, amazon.in.
    • Clusters: A list of clusters this account belongs to, for example-Banking, Large-Enterprise.
    • Default Stream: A list of hub + stream names displayed in the drop-down list.
    • Account Logo: An image that represents the account, for example - you can upload the logo manually or enter the domain name and tab out for the logo to display.

  2. Account Representative: provides information about the Account Rep. They are :
    • Account Representative: The name of the rep that can be selected for the account.
    • Video URL: Enter the Video URL that would display on the ABM Page in the complimentary section.
    • Welcome Notes: The welcome notes at the Account level will be displayed over the Account Rep level Welcome Note on the ABM Page.

  3. Banner: provides information about the Banner that can be used on the ABM Page. They are 
    • Banner Title: Enter the title for the banner.
    • Banner Subtitle: Enter the Subtitle for the banner.
    • Banner Background: The Banner image selected will be displayed as the Background.

  4. Custom Fields: provides information based on the Company and Industry Information. They are
    • Industry: Select the Industry that your account will be associated with.
    • Buying stage: Select the buying stage price rate.
    • Company size: Select the company size.

             

Note: In the Custom Fields section, if you have defined custom fields using Setup > Field Management >Accounts, you can select the fields to associate with the Account.
