You can search for Accounts using the Default and Advanced searches. To search for an account, you can follow the steps below.
Default Search
- From the Left Nav Menu, under ABM, click Accounts.
- From the Accounts listing page, enter the Account Name in the Search field and click Search.
- The search string is matched with the Account name will appear in the search results.
Advanced Search
Search for ABM Accounts based on one or more of the following parameters:
- Domain
- Account Rep
- Cluster
- Type
- Eng. Stage
- Import Name
- Status
- Source
Search Accounts based on Domain
- Click the drop-down arrow in the Search Field.
- Enter the search text in the Domain field. Click Search.
- The Accounts matching the Domain are returned in the search results.
Search Accounts based on Account Rep
- Enter an Account Rep name and select from the dropdown list, click Search.
- The Accounts associated with the Account Representative will appear in the search results.
Search Accounts based on Cluster
- Enter the search text in the Cluster Field. Click Search.
- The Accounts associated with the Cluster will appear in the search results.
Search Accounts based on Type:
You can search for Account Type by All or Targeted, or Inferred.
- Search for Accounts based on All Types:
- Select the All type from the Type list. Click Search.
- All Accounts (both Targeted and Inferred) will appear in the search results..
- Select the All type from the Type list. Click Search.
- Search Accounts based on Targeted Type:
- Select the Targeted from the Type list. Click Search.
- The Accounts that match the Targeted Type will appear in the search results.
Search for Accounts based on Inferred Type:
- Select Inferred from the Type list. Click Search.
The Accounts that match the Inferred Type will appear in the search results.
Search Accounts based on the Engagement Stage
Engagement Stages include: New, Aware, Interested, Engaged, or Highly Engaged.
- Search for Accounts based on the Engagement Stage - New
- Select the Engagement Stage "New" from the drop-down list and click Search.
- The Accounts that match the Engagement Stage "New" will appear in the search results.
- Select the Engagement Stage "New" from the drop-down list and click Search.
- Search for Accounts based on the Engagement Stage - Aware
- Select the Engagement Stage "Aware" from the drop-down list and click Search.
- The Accounts that match the Engagement Stage "Aware" will appear in the search results.
- Select the Engagement Stage "Aware" from the drop-down list and click Search.
- Search for Accounts based on the Engagement Stage - Interested
- Select the Engagement Stage "Interested" from the drop-down list and click Search.
- The Accounts that match the Engagement Stage "Interested" will appear in the search results.
- Select the Engagement Stage "Interested" from the drop-down list and click Search.
- Search for Accounts based on the Engagement Stage - Engaged
- Select the Engagement Stage "Engaged" from the drop-down list and click Search.
- The Accounts that match the Engagement Stage "Engaged" will appear in the search results.
- Select the Engagement Stage "Engaged" from the drop-down list and click Search.
- Search for Accounts based on the Engagement Stage - Highly Engaged
- Select the Engagement Stage "Highly Engaged" from the drop-down list and click Search.
- The Accounts that match the Engagement Stage "Highly Engaged" will appear in the search results.
- Select the Engagement Stage "Highly Engaged" from the drop-down list and click Search.
Search Accounts based on Import Name
- Enter your search text in the Import Name Field. Click Search.
- Accounts that match the Import Name are returned in the search results.
Export Functionality on the Search Page:
You can export Accounts based on the Default and Advanced search functionality.
Default Search - Account Name
Advanced Search - Domain, Account Rep, Cluster, Type, Eng. Stage, Import Name
- Export Accounts from the listing page by clicking on the Export button. All Accounts will be exported in a CSV file format.
