To add a new Account., follow the steps below
- From the Left Nav Menu, under ABM, click Accounts.
- On the Accounts page, click +Add Account to manually add an Account.
Note: Accounts can be added through ABM > Import > Upload Accounts as well.
- The Add Account page is divided into three sections:
- Metadata provides general information about the account. They are Account Name, Alias Name, Domain Name, Alias Domain, Account Logo, Clusters, and Default Stream.
- Banner provides information about the Banner that can be used on the ABM Page. They are Banner Title, Banner Subtitle, and Banner Background.
- Custom Fields provides information based on the Company and Industry Information. They are Industry, Buying stage, and Company size.
- Metadata provides general information about the account. They are Account Name, Alias Name, Domain Name, Alias Domain, Account Logo, Clusters, and Default Stream.
- In the Metadata section, enter the Name and Domain.
Note: When you enter the Domain, the Account logo will be added automatically. If the logo does not populate, you can manually upload the logo by clicking on the account logo and selecting an image from the pop-up file. - Enter the Alias Name and Alias Domain (optional)
Important: These fields are unique and allow a maximum of 10 Alias Names and Alias Domains, separated by commas. - To update the Account logo, click on the "Update logo using the domain" link
or click on the Account logo and select an image from the pop-up to change/update the logo manually.
Note: The Account logo is used as the prospect logo on the ABM Page. The size of the Account logo should be height:150px and width:250px. Supported formats are .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .svg and .WebP
- Optional. To select a Cluster for the Account, type the Cluster name in the field. Accounts can be associated with a maximum of 10 clusters.
- Optional. Select a Stream from the Default Stream drop-down.
Note: The list that is displayed in the default stream drop-down is the Hub name and stream name. After selecting the Default Stream it can be used in the Content element block on the ABM Page.In the ABM Page content element block under the Content sub-menu, When the user selects Stream in the Add Content popup and when the Use Account Default Stream Toggle is enabled, the Stream configured at the ABM Account Level is displayed.
Click Save and the ABM Account Default Stream is displayed in the Content Block.
- Click the ABM Page Tokens link to use them in the Title and Sub Title for the banner(optional).
You can copy Tokens from the ABM Page Tokens pop-up list and add it to the Title or Sub-Title.
- In the Banner section, enter the Title and Sub Title for the banner.
- To upload the Banner click on the "+" sign.
Select a Banner pop-up opens with the Library tab selected by default with all previously loaded images. Click on the Banner to select.
The Selected Banner will be displayed in the Banner section. Note: Click the Delete icon on the top right corner to remove the uploaded Banner from the section or just click on the uploaded image to add another Banner.
Click the Upload File tab in the Select a Banner pop-up and click on SELECT FILE TO UPLOAD or you can drag and drop a file to upload.
Clicking on Select File to Upload opens a file folder on your system to select a file to upload.
The Selected File should be displayed in the Library tab at the bottom. Select the Banner.
The Selected Banner will be displayed in the Banner section.
Note: After setting the Banner at the account level, the Banner Title, Banner Sub Title, and Banner Background can be used in the Banner element block on the ABM Page as shown below.
The Banner configured at the ABM Account level is displayed in the ABM Page Banner Element block only when the Use Account Banner toggle is enabled.
- In the Custom Fields section, you can select the fields to associate with the Account if you have defined custom fields using Setup > Field Management > Accounts.
- Click Save.
- You will now be taken to the Account Reps Tab of the Account you just created.
- Click on the +Add Account Rep button.
- On the Add Account Rep pop-up window, add the required fields:
- Type: Select the type of Account Rep you are adding. The three options given in the drop-down are -
- Account Rep
- Account Executive
- BDR (Business Development Representative)
Note: You can add only one Account Rep for each Type. - Account Rep: Select an Account Rep from the drop-down.
- Video URL: Add any video link you wish to display.
- Welcome Note: Write a Welcome note for the visitor. You can also use ABM Page Tokens.
- Type: Select the type of Account Rep you are adding. The three options given in the drop-down are -
Click Save.
The Account Rep is added.
