Managing Clusters

What is a Cluster and how is it related to Accounts?

A Cluster is how you decide to group a set of Accounts. For example, you can group accounts by industry type, by company size, by purchase stage, etc.

An account can belong to one or more Clusters. For example, an account CitiBank may belong to both the Banking as well as the Large-Enterprise Cluster.

What are the standard fields of a Cluster?

A Cluster has a name, a description, and a weight.  Since an account can belong to multiple Clusters, the Cluster with the highest weight is selected by Hushly while choosing the appropriate ABM Page Variations.

What's the relationship between ABM Page-Variation and a Cluster?

If you wish to personalize an ABM Page for accounts belonging to a specific Cluster, you create a Variation of the ABM Page (by clicking the clone button of the ABM page) and then associate the Page Variation for a specific Cluster. A single Page-Variation can also be associated with more than one Cluster.
