Viewing an Account

To view an Account, you can follow the steps below:

  1. From the Left Nav Menu, click ABM > Accounts.
     
  2. On the Accounts listing page, click the Account Name to view. 
  3. The Account that you want to view displays the following tabs:
  • Metrics
  • Activity
  • Configure
  • Account Reps
  • Account Intelligence
  • Page
  • Visitors
  • Publish Logs 

Metrics

By default, the Metrics tab is selected. This tab provides information about the performance of the account.


  • The Statistics Block displays the number of Account Visitors that are associated with the Account and a breakdown of the Account Visitors categorized as per the Visitor Engagement Stage rules and their percentage.   


  • Engagement Trend provides overall information about the Content of the ABM page associated with the Account.

     

  • View Time displays how long visitors engage with the ABM page.

    • Total View Time shows the cumulative time spent by all visitors.
    • Average View Time indicates how long, on average, each visitor stayed on the page.


  • Visitors provide the details of all the account visitors that are associated with the Account. Clicking View All opens the Visitors tab for that account.
  • Leads provide information about the enriched lead user details. Clicking View All opens the Leads page with the selected lead displayed. 
  • Opportunities. This section displays potential sales opportunities associated with the account. It includes the opportunity name, estimated amount, and current stage in the sales pipeline.   
  • Assets with Most Engagements. This section highlights the content assets that generated the most interest from visitors, showing the number of views and engagements. 
       
  • ABM Pages. This section displays performance metrics for your Account-Based Marketing (ABM) pages. It shows how many visitors landed on each page, how many engaged with it, and how many completed a conversion action 
  • HSignals lists topics that are relevant to the assets that visitors interact with, along with a score. 

    Score: Score: Represents how much a visitor has interacted with content related to a specific topic. It reflects visitor engagement, determined by their interactions (previews, engagement, form submissions, and asset downloads) with content related to that topic, indicating their level of involvement and interest.

    Score boost: 
    Shows any recent increase or decrease in interest for that topic based on new interactions. It helps track changes in visitor behavior over time. 

Activity:

Click on the Activity Tab. This tab provides information about the engagement flow activity of the account.

Configure:

Click the Configure Tab. This tab provides information about the Metadata, Banner, and Custom fields that can be modified. This tab is divided into three sections as per user, namely:

  • Metadata provides general information about the account. They are Account Name, Alias Name, Domain Name, Alias Domain, Clusters, and Default Stream.
    .
  • Banner provides information about the Banner that can be used on the ABM Page. They are Banner Title, Banner Subtitle, and Banner Background.

  • Custom Fields provide information based on the Company and Industry Information. They are Industry, Buying stage, and Company size.


Account Reps:

Click the Account Reps tab. The Account Reps assigned to the Account will be displayed. 


Account Intelligence:

Click the Account Intelligence tab. The added source generated by AI is displayed.


Pages:

Click the Pages tab. This tab provides the list of ABM Pages that are associated with this Account.


Visitors:

Click the Visitor tab. This tab displays the details of the Account Visitors.


Publish Logs:

Click the Publish Logs tab. Publish Logs of the integrated CRM will be displayed.
