Content Sherpa works continuously analyzing data and interactions as they occur, in real-time. It processes incoming content and user engagement, offering immediate insights and recommendations. This allows marketers to adjust strategies, optimize content, and respond to trends or shifts in audience behavior on the spot, ensuring a dynamic and adaptive approach to content management.
When the visitor lands on the Hubs Resource page, the Content Sherpa page displays a Welcome message and Note along with the Prequalification Statement, Guiding Questions, and Question box.
Note: When the page loads for the first time, three Guiding Questions are displayed that are randomly picked, first preference for those questions without tags followed by the ones with tags.
How to Start a Conversation
You can start a conversation in three ways:
- Select a Guiding Question from the provided options. These questions are configured on the Guiding Questions tab within Hushly Content Sherpa and are displayed randomly.
- Select a Prequalification Statement tag from the drop-down list. Guiding Questions configured with the selected Prequalification Statement tags will be displayed randomly.
- Type a question in the Question text box. The Question and its Answer, Feedback icons (Like and Dislike), Related Resources, Follow-up Questions, a Question text box with Save Chat, and Library buttons are displayed.

How to Start a New Conversation?
- Click the Start New Conversation (+) button. The previous conversations are cleared and removed and the Content Sherpa page will reload, allowing the visitor to begin a new conversation.
How to Save a Conversation?
Saving a conversation ensures you always have a record of your interactions for future needs and offers several benefits such as:
Easy Reference: It allows you to revisit and review important information, questions, or resources shared during the chat.
Continuity: You can seamlessly continue a previous conversation without starting from scratch.
Organized Information: All saved conversations are stored in the Library, keeping your queries and answers well-organized for future use.
Convenience: Saved conversations can be accessed across sessions, ensuring you don’t lose valuable insights.
- Click the Save Chat button.
- The Save Chat pop-up window is displayed with the Email, Country fields, and Save & Send Email button. Enter the Email and Country and click the Save & Send Email button.
- A confirmation pop-up appears, notifying the visitor that the chat has been saved. The visitor also receives an email containing the saved conversation with a link.
- Click the View Your Conversation Link in the email received.
- If the user remains in the same browser session, the saved chat conversation is displayed, allowing the visitor to continue from where they left off.
- If the user starts a new session, a pop-up appears prompting them to verify their identity using the Request Verification Code button. Click Request Verification Code.
The visitor is prompted to enter the Verification Code and click the Verify button. The saved chat conversation is displayed, allowing visitors to continue from where they left off.
- If the user remains in the same browser session, the saved chat conversation is displayed, allowing the visitor to continue from where they left off.
Add to Library
Add to Library functionality allows visitors to bookmark specific assets, such as documents and videos, for later reference. When a visitor clicks the Add to Library button on an Asset displayed in Related Resources, the asset is added to their personal Resource Library, which they can access by selecting the View Library option in the Question Box panel. This feature helps users easily revisit valuable content without needing to search for it again.
- When a visitor selects a Guiding Question, Follow-up Question or types a question in the Question Box, the results are displayed along with the Answer. The Related Resources section shows assets matching the results, each with an Add to Library button. Click Add to Library.
- The Add to Library button changes to Added to Library, indicating that the asset has been successfully bookmarked & saved to the Library.
- Click View Library to access the asset saved to the Library.
- The bookmarked Asset is displayed in the Your Resource Library section of the Content Sherpa page. Note: Clicking on the Read Ebook link will open the Asset on the SNLP page.
View Library in Real Time
The Content Sherpa Library is a centralized repository or feature that allows visitors to access and revisit previous conversations, resources, and helpful content provided by the Content Sherpa. It serves as a personal archive, making it easy for visitors to review past discussions, find related resources, and continue conversations seamlessly.
- On the Question box panel, click Library.
- The Content Sherpa Library page is displayed with a Welcome message, Your Resource Library, Resume a previous conversation, and Start a new conversation section.
- Your Resource Library -This section displays all the assets bookmarked by the visitor when they click the Add to Library button in the Related Resources.
- Resume a previous Conversation - Displays all previous conversations of the visitor with a Delete icon along with a View All link. Clicking 'View All' expands the section, showing all the conversations in the Library.
- Click on any conversation in the Library to view the previous interaction. The selected conversation is displayed with the Question, Answer, Related Resources, and a Question text box for further engagement.
Note: You can type a Question to continue further engagement.
Click the Delete icon next to a conversation in the list of previous conversations to remove it from the Library.
The conversation is removed from the list of previous conversations.
- Click on any conversation in the Library to view the previous interaction. The selected conversation is displayed with the Question, Answer, Related Resources, and a Question text box for further engagement.
Start a new conversation - Displays the Prequalification Statement tags, Guiding Questions, and the Question text box.Note: To start a new conversation, refer to the steps outlined in How to Start a Conversation.
