Having an Opt-In field in a form offers several advantages, particularly in terms of user consent, data quality, and compliance. Overall, an Opt-In field helps ensure that you communicate with an audience that is interested and has given permission, leading to more effective and legally compliant marketing efforts.
Important: This option removes Hushly Human Verification. You will still receive all the data Hushly gathers but our Data Librarians will not cross-check against LinkedIn.
Please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to configure the Enable Opt-In field for the form on SNLP and Experiences.
- When the Enable Opt-In is set to Yes, in real-time when the end user visits the SNLP/Experience page, the Hushly Form is displayed along with the Business Email, Country, and the Opt-In field with a check box and the Download (Get the Guide) button.
- When the end user enters their Business Email, selects their Country, checks the Opt-In box, and clicks the Download (Get the Guide) button, a success message appears on the SNLP/Experience page along with a Download button, allowing the user to download the content directly from the page. Note: Upon submission of the form on the SNLP/Experience page, the user is given the option to download the content directly AND through a link provided in a notification email.
- Clicking on the Download button on the SNLP/Experience page displays the content in a new tab along with the Recommendations.
Customizing the Opt-In message and other messages displayed in the Form
You can customize the Opt-In message and other messages in the form, that are displayed before and after submission, by navigating to the left menu, selecting Setup, and then clicking on Localization.
