To add global Experience settings:
- From the Left Nav Menu, click Setup > Settings to open the Company Settings page.
- The Experience Settings section displays the Pause Husly toggle button, Send Test Emails To, Default Exit Intent Delay Time (Seconds), and Email Prepopulation Variables.
Pause Hushly – Toggles the ability to pause all Hushly experiences.
Default Exit Intent Delay Time (seconds) – Sets the delay time (in seconds) before an exit intent is triggered.
Send Test Emails To – Specifies the email address to receive test lead email submissions.
Email Prepopulation Variables – Lists the variables used to auto-fill email fields in the Hushly form.
- By default, the Pause Hushly button is set to No. Toggle Pause Hushly to Yes to pause all Hushly Experiences.
- Enter the email address to send the test emails in Send Test Email To. This email address receives the opt-in confirmation and downloads link when you test an Experience using a test lead such as john-hlytest0@hushly.com.
- Enter the default exit-intent delay time by using the scroll buttons. You can set the delay time in seconds, ranging from 5 to 10 seconds, or based on the users’ average on-page time.
- Enter the variables to prepopulate email addresses in the Hushly opt-in form. These variables are evaluated in the same order they are configured. These variables are part of the list of items displayed when you define a rule to trigger an Experience.
- When you type the name of any variable, the variable name is auto-filled.
To know the list of variables to choose from or to create new variables, click the Variables link in the help text.
