To simplify the exchange of ABM module data between Hushly and Salesforce, Hushly provides an option to integrate and keep both systems in sync. As part of this, you can configure a sync and publish process for Accounts and Contacts [Account Visitors]. This integration allows for seamless sharing of Account information and Visitor data, ensuring that both systems are up-to-date and consistent. To learn more about Syncing ABM Accounts, click here
Overview
- Establish a connection between Hushly and Salesforce.
- ABM Visitor Mapping.
- Map Hushly ABM Visitor Fields to Salesforce Contact Fields.
- Edit, Disable, and Disconnect Salesforce Integration.
Establish a connection between Hushly and Salesforce
- If your Salesforce account is already integrated with Hushly, navigate directly to the ABM Visitor tab on the integrations details page. If not, click here to set up the integration.
ABM Visitor Mapping
- On the Integration details page, select AMB Visitor and click Add Mapping.
- The Add ABM Visitor Mapping pop-up is displayed. Configure the fields and click Continue. The Field Mapping pop-up is displayed.
- The Salesforce Object Contact is selected by default and cannot be edited.
- Under the Import from Salesforce, you have three options.
- Sync Contacts from All Accounts - Selecting this option will import all Contacts (Visitors) from all Accounts into Hushly
- Sync Contacts by View - Selecting this option will open Salesforce List View with a drop-down of all Lists available in Salesforce. Select a List that you want to import from Salesforce.
- Sync Salesforce Id as Invitee Id - This option is selected by default. When the Contacts are imported to Hushly, the Salesforce Id is displayed as the Invitee Id.
- Selecting this option, Publish to Salesforce, will publish all created/updated Hushly Visitors as Contacts to Salesforce.
- Selecting Create records for unrecognized visitors is optional. Unrecognized visitors are those that are created in Hushly and do not exist in Salesforce. These can be published to Salesforce by selecting this option.
- Select Dedupe Rules.
- Match Email Address: During the sync, the system will check if the Email Address exists. If it matches, then the Publish to Salesforce or Import from Salesforce process is completed.

ABM Visitors Mapping
- In the Field Mapping pop-up map, the Hushly Visitor Fields with Salesforce Contact Fields. Click Save.
Note: To add additional Hushly fields for mapping with Salesforce fields, click the Add Field Mapping button.
- The ABM Visitor Mapping page is displayed with Sync Logs, Sync, Edit, Delete, and Configure Field Mapping buttons.
- Sync Logs: Clicking the button opens the Sync Logs pop-up window, displaying all the Visitors synced from Salesforce into Hushly.
- Sync: Clicking on the Sync button initiates an on-demand job that immediately syncs the data into Hushly, displaying a confirmation message: "A job has been initiated to sync ABM Visitor data from Salesforce." This allows for direct data import from Salesforce instead of manually uploading a CSV file via Hushly.
Note: This is a Sync Job that will sync data from Salesforce to Hushly and not the other way around. There is an hourly job that runs that will publish to Salesforce and, at the same time, Sync from Salesforce.
- Edit: Click on the Edit button. The Edit ABM Visitor Mapping pop-up is displayed. Please make the necessary changes and click Continue. The ABM Visitor Mapping pop-up is displayed. Make changes (optional) and click Save.
- Delete: Click on the Delete button. A confirmation pop-up is displayed with the "No" and "Yes" buttons. Click Yes, and the mapping configuration will be deleted.
- Configure Field Mapping: Click on the Configure Field Mapping button. The Field Mapping pop-up is displayed. Please make the necessary changes (optional) and click Save.
- Sync Logs: Clicking the button opens the Sync Logs pop-up window, displaying all the Visitors synced from Salesforce into Hushly.
Edit, Disable, and Disconnect Salesforce Integration
- Click on Edit.
- The Salesforce login pop-up is displayed, allowing you to log in using either OAuth or Password Authentication. Click Connect to Salesforce to establish the connection. This option is useful when the integration is disconnected or when an authentication issue occurs.
- OAuth: Open Authorization is an open standard for access delegation commonly used as a way to grant websites or applications limited access to user information without exposing passwords.
- Password Auth: Password-based authentication is a method that requires the user to enter their credentials → username and password → to confirm their identity.
- The Salesforce login pop-up is displayed, allowing you to log in using either OAuth or Password Authentication. Click Connect to Salesforce to establish the connection. This option is useful when the integration is disconnected or when an authentication issue occurs.
- Click on Disable. A confirmation pop-up is displayed with the "No" and "Yes" buttons. Click Yes.
- The Integration page is displayed, showing that the status has changed from Enabled to Disabled, and the Disable button has switched to an Enable button.
Note: Click Enable to Reconnect.

- Click the Disconnect button. A confirmation pop-up is displayed with the No and Yes buttons. Click Yes.
- A success message is displayed, and the Salesforce Integration is removed from the Integration page.
