Visitors added to the Engagement flow can be deleted from the Schedule or the Waiting Room in an Engagement Flow:
- On the Engagement details page, by default In Progress is displayed, click either the Scheduled or Waiting Room.
- You can Delete a single visitor or multiple visitors in the Schedule or Waiting Room.
Delete a Single Visitor:- Click the three-dot menu under the Actions column and click Delete.
- You are asked to confirm the deletion. Click Yes to delete the Visitor.
- A confirmation message that the visitor has been deleted is displayed, and the visitor is no longer a part of the engagement flow.
Delete Multiple Visitors:
- By default, the Delete Visitor option is disabled.
- Select one or more visitors and click Delete Visitors. Note: The Delete Visitors button is enabled when the visitors are selected.
- A confirmation message that the visitor has been deleted is displayed, and the visitor is no longer a part of the engagement flow.
