Deleting Visitors from the Engagement Flow

Visitors added to the Engagement flow can be deleted from the Schedule or the Waiting Room in an Engagement Flow:     

  1. On the Engagement details page, by default, In Progress is displayed. Click either the Scheduled or Waiting Room.
       
  2. You can delete a single visitor or multiple visitors in the Schedule or Waiting Room.

    Delete a Single Visitor:
    • Click the three-dot menu under the Actions column and click Delete.           
    • You are asked to confirm the deletion. Click Yes to delete the Visitor.           
    • A confirmation message that the visitor has been deleted is displayed, and the visitor is no longer a part of the engagement flow. 


Delete Multiple Visitors:

  • By default, the Delete Visitor option is disabled. The Delete Visitors button is enabled when the visitors are selected.    
  • Select one or more visitors and click Delete Visitors.
          
  • A confirmation message that the visitor has been deleted is displayed, and the visitor is no longer a part of the engagement flow.
