Searching Hubs

To search the Hubs:

  1. From the Left Nav  Menu, click Hubs.

  2.  Enter the name of the Hub to search for all the Hubs with names that match the search text.
     
  3. Click Search.

  4. Click the Hub Status drop-down list to filter results based on the status of the Hub:
    • Draft:  Only Hubs under configuration are displayed.
    • Active:  Only Hubs that are published are displayed.
    • Inactive: Only deactivated Hubs are displayed.

Note: When the Hub status is not selected, all Hubs (with the status Draft, Active, or Inactive) are displayed.


Searching Streams

To search the Streams:

  1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Hubs.

  2.  From the Hubs page, click the Hub.

  3. From the Hubs menu, click Streams.
     
  4. Enter the Stream name in Filter Streams. Click Search.

  5. All Streams that match the search string are displayed.

Searching Automation Rules

To search the automation rules:

  1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Hubs.

  2.  From the Hubs page, click the Hub.

  3. From the Hubs Menu, click Automation. The Name field displayed is the names of automation rules.
     
  4. Enter the Rule name in Filter. Click Search.
  5. The filtered automation rules that match the search string are displayed.

Searching Recommendation Rules

To search the recommendation rules:

  1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Hubs.

  2.  From the Hubs page, click the Hub.

  3. From the Hubs Menu, click Recommendation Rules. The Name field displayed is the names of the recommendation rules.

  4. Enter the Rule name in Filter. Click Search.

  5. The recommendation rules with names that match the search string are displayed.

Searching Embedded Streams

To search an embedded Stream:

  1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Hubs.

  2.  From the Hubs page, click the Hub.

  3. From the Hubs menu, click Embed Streams.
     
  4. Enter the Embed Stream name and click Search.

  5. The embed streams with names that match the search string are displayed.


Searching Redirection Rules

To search the Redirection rules::

  1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Hubs.

  2. From the Hubs page, click the Hub.

  3. From the Hubs menu, click Redirection Rules. The list of redirection rules is displayed.
     
  4. Enter the source or destination string in Filter.

  5. Click the Select Status drop-down list to filter results based on the status of the redirection rule:
    • All:  both enabled and disabled Redirection rules are displayed.
    • Enabled:  Only enabled Redirection rules are displayed.
    • Disabled: Only deactivated Redirection rules are displayed.

      Note: When the Select Status is not selected, all Redirection rules (with the status Enabled or Disabled) are displayed.
       
  6. Click Search to view the redirection rules with the source or destination that matches the search text.
    Note: You could enable or disable a rule from the search result screen by toggling the Enable button.
