ABM Page Search Overview

The ABM Page search feature allows you to quickly locate pages using the basic search bar or the Advanced Search panel. You can search for ABM Pages by Name or URL Path, and further narrow results using the Advanced Search options such as Status, Creation Method, Created By, Date Range, and Hub selection.


Basic Search

To search for an ABM Page, you can follow the steps below:

  1. From the Left Nav Menu, Click ABM > Pages.
     
  2. On the ABM Pages listing page, you can search for an ABM Page by entering its Name or URL Path.
    •  Search by Name
      • Enter the Page Name in the search field and click Search. The results will display all ABM Pages that match the entered name.


        If you're not sure about the exact name, try searching with relevant keywords to help narrow down the search results.  
    • Search by URL Path
      • Enter the URL Path in the search field and click Search.


        You can also try searching for the page by entering part of the URL. 
  3. Search or filter ABM Pages by Folders
    • Filter by Folder - Displays all ABM Pages contained in the selected folder.


Advanced Search

The Advanced Search panel allows users to filter and refine the list of ABM Pages based on multiple criteria. The available search fields include:


  • Status - Allows selection of page status, including Active, Archived, or All Statuses.
  • Creation Method - Filters pages by how they were created: AI-Generated, Manual, or All methods.
  • Created By - A user search field where you can type to find and filter pages by the creator.
  • Created Between - A date range selector used to filter pages by creation date.
  • Hubs - A dropdown that allows you to filter pages by associated Hub.

  1. Filter ABM Pages by  Status
    • Select Active, Archive, or All Statuses from the Status dropdown and click Search. The ABM Pages will be filtered automatically based on the selected option. 
  2. Search ABM Pages by Creation Method
    • Select AI-Generated, Manual, or All from the Creation Method dropdown and click Search. The ABM Pages will automatically filter based on the selected option. 
  3. Search ABM Pages by Created By
    • Enter a name in the Created By search filter and click Search. The ABM Pages will automatically be filtered based on the selected creator. 
  4. Search ABM Pages by Created between
    • Select a date range in the Created between filter and click Search. The ABM Pages created within the selected date range will be displayed.
  5. Search ABM Pages by Hubs
    • Select a Hub from the Hubs filter options and click Search. The ABM Pages created for the selected Hub will be displayed.
