Modified on Fri, 05 Apr 2024 at 02:44 AM

In a Hub, Asset filtering is a key feature. Filtering enables users to view only the content pertinent to their needs when searching a resource Hub.

Hushly administers a Filter through a Catalog field associated with an Asset. You can define a Catalog Field as described in How to Add a Catalog Field to an Asset.

To add a Filter to a Hub:

  1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Hubs.

  2. From the Hubs listing page, Select a Hub.

  3. From the Hubs menu, click Filters.

  4. Click on +Add Filters and select the Filter categories you wish to display. After selecting, click Add Filter.
Click the arrow to expand and see the filter options.

  5. Drag and drop to reorder the filters to determine their arrangement in the search section.

  6. Once you access the Hub during runtime, the Filter options will be visible when you click on Filter.
