Email Templates: Customizing Opt-In Forms

Modified on Tue, 9 Aug, 2022 at 3:36 AM

An email template is a preformatted and pre-written email. You can replace the preformatted content with your own content to quickly and easily create and send emails. The user receives the email after the user submits the opt-in form.

Hushly provides a default email template. When you subscribe to Hushly, you can modify the default template or add custom email templates. However, you can mark only one email template as the default template.

When the experience triggers and the user submits the opt-in form with a business email, the email template is used to send an email to the user. You can attach a specific email template to an experience using Experiences > Settings.
