Creating an Engagement Flow Email Template

To create an email template with an Engagement Flow Type, follow the below steps:

1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Setup > Email Templates. 
2. Click Create on the Email Template page and click Engagement flow. 
3. By default, the Type - Engagement Flow is displayed as the first field.   
4. Enter the Name of the email template. 
5. Enter the From Name. The name is prepopulated with the company name configured using Setup > Settings. For example, if My Business is the firm’s name, My Business by Hushly is displayed as the name. 
6. Enter an email address to receive the replies in Reply-To. 
7. Add the subject line. You can say Here is your Engagement Flow for Step 1 you requested. 
8. Upload the image:
   • Click the image button on the toolbar. 
   • Alternatively, click Insert > Image from the toolbar. 
9. In the Insert/edit image pop-up window, enter the image source as a URL. The dimensions of the image are automatically filled in the dimensions. 
10. Optionally, enter the image description. 
11. Click Save to insert the image into the template.
    
    
12. Edit the default message.
    • You can format the message using the editing tools available on the toolbar. 
    • You can modify the text of the Download button by clicking on it and then clicking the Insert/edit link in the toolbar. This would open the Insert link popup, modify the text in the Text to display, and click Save.
      
13. Click Save.
