Assets: Creating and Managing Content Assets

Modified on Mon, 07 Jun 2021 at 08:28 PM

Content forms the cornerstone of digital businesses. Though businesses invest money and time into developing valuable content, 90% of the B2B visitors abandon a website. This is often driven by a lack of active content browsing paths and not knowing what to look for from loads of content.

Hushly helps your business to store, manage, organize, and present content that matches the needs of the website visitors (users). It creates high levels of content engagement through previews to increase lead generation by 51%.

Hushly helps you organize the document, video, and web article Assets. You can upload, manage, organize, and categorize Assets to create content experiences that resonate with the buyer personas.

Adding a Document Asset

You can add document Assets from two sources:

  1. Content Assets saved on your computer. The Assets should be in PDF format. The Assets can be of type EBooks, white papers, case studies, and so on. Once uploaded, these Assets are stored on Hushly’s servers.

Important: When uploading content as PDF documents, the documents should not be password-protected.To upload a document, refer to  Uploading a Document Asset.
  1. Content Assets already published on your website. Using a URL, you can generate an image of such content. These images are stored on Hushly’s servers.

Caution:  If the page at the URL currently displays ads and banners, they render themselves in the document image generated by Hushly. It is recommended that content from URLs that host PDF Assets is used.

Important: When using content published at a URL, the content should not be gated. To upload a document from an external URL, refer to  Uploading a Document Asset from an External URL.
