Create Folders to organize and manage your content for a more efficient workflow. Through this document, you will learn to create, move, and optimize your ABM Pages, Assets, Experiences, and Streams.
Note: Content can only be associated with one folder at a time.
Creating a Folder
To create a Folder follow the steps below:
- From the Left Nav menu, go to Folders.
- Click the three dots and select + New Folder.
- In the Add Folder pop-up window, enter a Name for the New Folder and click Save.
- Navigate to the default Uncategorized folder. This folder contains all content available in Hushly.
- The sub-folders in the Uncategorized folder contain all content types (ABM Pages, Assets Experiences, and Streams). Select the folder with the content you want to move to the newly created folder.
- Click on the three dots and from the drop-down menu that appears, select the Move to option.
- A pop-up menu with a list of available folders, including the one you just created, will appear. Select the newly created folder and the content will be moved to that folder.
Associating Content with a Folder at Creation
While creating a new ABM page, Asset, Stream, or Experience, choose a folder to associate with it right from the start. Look for the drop-down menu to pick the destination folder. Folders must be created within the Folders Section prior to associating the content.
Renaming a Folder
- Navigate to Folders and click on the three dots located next to the folder that you want to rename.
- Click on Rename from the drop-down menu.
- Type the new name in the name field and click on Update.
- You will see a confirmation message.
Deleting a Folder
A folder cannot be deleted unless it's empty. Before attempting to delete a folder, ensure that all content within the folder has been moved.
- Click on Delete from the three-dot drop-down to Delete a Folder.
- Select Yes to confirm.
Finding Folder
On the Folders listing page, use the Select Type drop-down or simply type the name of the folder you are looking for in the integrated search bar to locate the folder.
