Webhook Integration: Information & Setup

Hushly WebHook Integration lets you set up a push notification to your server every time a Lead is enriched and published by Hushly.

Establish a connection between Hushly and Webhook and map Hushly Lead Fields to WebHook Lead Fields.
Disconnecting WebHook Integrations.

From the Left Nav Menu, click Setup > Integrations.
On the Integrations page, click +New Integration to add Webhook.
Select Webhook Integration.
Fill in the WebHook URL If your URL is protected by Basic Authentication, you can enter the username and password for your URL and click Save Webhook to save the Webhook credentials.
You will be redirected to the Webhook Field Mappings page. The Hushly Fields are mapped to Webhook Fields automatically. To make changes to the Field Mappings, click Configure Field Mappings.
Once the integration is complete, Webhook should be displayed on the Integration listing page. A green Indicator is displayed under "Operational" confirming that the connection is active.

To map a lead field value, follow the below steps:

Click on the Map Values icon to Map the custom Values.
The Value Mapping pop-up window displays the following:
- The values on the left side are Hushly values.
- The values on the right side are set as third-party lead field values, these values can be modified according to the third-party field values.
Click Save to confirm the mapped changes

Note: when the lead is published, the mapped lead field value will be published to the third-party field.

Click Disconnect. Hushly asks you to confirm the action.
Click OK to Disconnect.
A confirmation message is displayed and Webhook no longer appears on the Integrations tab.
