Setting up the connection with Salesforce allows you to publish the Leads, Accounts, and Visitors generated by Hushly as Leads, Accounts, Leads/Contacts to your Salesforce account.
Overview
- Establish a connection between Hushly and Salesforce.
- Map Hushly Lead Fields to Salesforce Lead Fields.
- Map Hushly ABM Account Fields to Salesforce Account Fields.
- Map Hushly ABM Visitor Fields to Salesforce Leads/Contacts Fields.
- Disconnect Salesforce Integration.
Establish a connection between Hushly and Salesforce
- From the Left Nav Menu, click Setup > Integrations.
- On the Integrations page, click on New Integration.
- From the Integration pop-up window, select Salesforce and click Activate.
- To Log In using the OAuth Tab, click "Connect to Salesforce".
Note: You can use OAuth or Password Auth tabs to log into Salesforce.- Enter your Salesforce credentials to log in to Salesforce. Click Log In.
- Enter your Salesforce credentials to log in to Salesforce. Click Log In.
- To Log In using the Password Auth Tab, click the Password Auth tab.
- Enter the credentials and click "Connect to Salesforce".
- After Connecting to Salesforce.
- You will be asked to grant Hushly the ability to publish leads into your Salesforce.com instance.
- You will be redirected to Hushly and the connection status will change from Not Connected to Connected.
- You will be asked to grant Hushly the ability to publish leads into your Salesforce.com instance.
- A confirmation message will appear, indicating that Hushly is connected to Salesforce. A green Indicator is displayed under "Operational," confirming that the connection is active.
Map Hushly Lead Fields to Salesforce Lead Fields
The Leads that Hushly generates are enriched and published to Salesforce.
- Click on Add Mapping.
- From Add Entity Mapping, select the following objects:
- Select Lead from the Hushly Object drop-down list.
- Select Lead from the Salesforce Object drop-down list.
- Click Continue to map the Hushly Lead Object to the Salesforce Lead Object.
- In the Field Mapping window, map Hushly Lead Fields to the respective Salesforce Lead Field be it a Standard Field or Custom Field.
- Click Save. The Mapped Field Values are displayed on the Integration details page.
- Publish Rule
- Overwrite: Sets the value always irrespective of whether there is already a value available for that field or not, but if the published value is blank, it will not overwrite the existing value in Salesforce.
- Do not Overwrite: Sets the value only when the Salesforce field value is blank.
- Overwrite: Sets the value always irrespective of whether there is already a value available for that field or not, but if the published value is blank, it will not overwrite the existing value in Salesforce.
- Leads will be published to Salesforce based on defined publish criteria.
Map Hushly ABM Account Fields to Salesforce Account Fields
- Click on Add Mapping.
- From the Add Entity Mapping, select the following objects:
- Select ABM Account from the Hushly Object drop-down list.
- Select Account from the Salesforce Object drop-down list.
- Click Continue to map the Hushly Object to the Salesforce Object.
Note: Once the Hushly Object - ABM Account and the Salesforce Object - Account are selected, the following options are displayed.- Create records for unrecognized accounts.
- When checked, newly created accounts in Hushly that do not exist in Salesforce would get created.
- When unchecked, newly created accounts in Hushly will not get created in Salesforce.
- When checked, newly created accounts in Hushly that do not exist in Salesforce would get created.
- Dedupe Criteria
- Match Account Name: On publishing an Account to Salesforce, If the Account's Name in Hushly matches an existing Salesforce Account's Name, the account details in Salesforce are updated.
- Match Account Domain: On publishing an Account to Salesforce, If the Account's Domain in Hushly matches an existing Salesforce Account's Domain, the account details in Salesforce are updated.
- Match using Salesforce Id: On publishing an Account to Salesforce, If the Account's Field Id in Hushly matches an existing Salesforce Account's Salesforce Id, the account details in Salesforce are updated.
- Match Account Name: On publishing an Account to Salesforce, If the Account's Name in Hushly matches an existing Salesforce Account's Name, the account details in Salesforce are updated.
- Create records for unrecognized accounts.
- Select ABM Account from the Hushly Object drop-down list.
- In the Field Mapping window, map Hushly Account Fields to the respective Salesforce Accounts Field be it a Standard Field or Custom Field.
- Click Save. The Mapped Field Values are displayed on the Integration details page.
- Publish Rule

Map Hushly ABM Visitors Fields to Salesforce Contact Fields
- Click on Add Mapping.
- From the Add Entity Mapping, select the following objects:
- Select ABM Visitor from the Hushly Object drop-down list.
- Select Contact from the Salesforce Object drop-down list.
- Click Continue to map the Hushly Object to Salesforce Object.
Note: Once the Hushly Object - ABM Visitor and the Salesforce Object - Contact is selected, the following options are displayed.- Create records for unrecognized visitors.
- When checked, newly created visitors in Hushly that do not exist in Salesforce would get created.
- When unchecked, newly created visitors in Hushly will not get created in Salesforce.
- When checked, newly created visitors in Hushly that do not exist in Salesforce would get created.
- Dedupe Criteria
- Match Email Address: On publishing an Account Visitor to Salesforce, the account visitor details in Salesforce are updated if the Account's Visitor Email Address in Hushly matches an existing Salesforce Account Account Visitor Email Address.
- Match using Salesforce Id: On publishing an Account Visitor to Salesforce, If the Account's Visitor Salesforce Id in Hushly matches an existing Salesforce Account's Visitor Salesforce Id, the account visitor details in Salesforce are updated.
- Match Email Address: On publishing an Account Visitor to Salesforce, the account visitor details in Salesforce are updated if the Account's Visitor Email Address in Hushly matches an existing Salesforce Account Account Visitor Email Address.
- Create records for unrecognized visitors.
- Select ABM Visitor from the Hushly Object drop-down list.
- In the Field Mapping window, map Hushly ABM Visitor Fields to the respective Salesforce Contact Fields
- Click Save. The Mapped Field Values are displayed on the Integration details page.

- When checked, newly created visitors in Hushly that do not exist in Salesforce would get created.
- When unchecked, newly created visitors in Hushly will not get created in Salesforce.
- When checked, newly created visitors in Hushly that do not exist in Salesforce would get created.

- Create records for unrecognized visitors.
- Select ABM Visitor from the Hushly Object drop-down list.
- In the Field Mapping window, map Hushly ABM Visitor Fields to the respective Salesforce Lead Fields.
- Click Save. The Mapped Field Values are displayed on the Integration details page.
- Publish Rule

Disconnect Salesforce Integration
- Click Disconnect. Hushly asks you to confirm the action.
- Click OK.
- A confirmation message is displayed, and the integration is not listed on the Integration listing page.
