Publish As a Contact:

Leads can be published to Eloqua in two ways: as a Contact or through a Form. When published as a Contact, the information from Hushly Fields (e.g., names, emails, phone numbers) is mapped and transferred to corresponding Eloqua Fields. Proper configuration of Field Mappings is crucial to ensure the data is accurate and consistent.

To Configure Field Mapping:

  • Click on Configure Field Mappings to map the fields from Hushly to Eloqua.
  • Map Hushly Fields with Eloqua Fields.
  • To Configure Custom Type field Mapping, click here.

  • Publish Rule
    • Overwrite: Always sets the value irrespective of whether a value is already available for that field.

    • Do not Overwrite: Sets the value only when the Eloqua field value is blank.

Lead Field Value Mapping

Mapping lead field values ensures that information captured from leads is accurately and consistently transferred to your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Marketing Automation System (MAS).

To map a Lead Field Value, follow the below steps:

  • Click on the Map Values icon to map the values that you want to publish to Eloqua.
  • The Value Mapping pop-up window displays the following:
    • The values on the left side are Hushly values.
    • The values on the right side are set to match your values in Eloqua if they do not align with Hushly's values.

    • Click Save to confirm the mapped changes.
Note: When a Lead is published, the mapped lead field value will be published to the corresponding contact field values in Eloqua.

Publish As Form:

When you select to Publish a lead as Form, the data is published to the respective Form fields in Eloqua. To ensure accurate and consistent contact data to be published to the selected Form, you need to configure the Field Mappings.

The Form field mapping page is displayed with the Configure Field Mappings button.

To configure Field Mappings and Lead Field Value Mapping, please refer to the steps under "Publish as a Contact."
