Deleting a Web Card

Deleting a Web Card is a straightforward process, but it’s important to ensure that you really want to remove it, as this action is irreversible. Web Cards in Draft mode can be deleted. Web Cards that are Published cannot be deleted. 

Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you delete a Web Card:

Web Cards can be deleted in two ways:

• From the Web Card listing page.
• From the Web Card details page.

Deleting a Web Card from the Listing Page

1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Web Personalization > Web Cards.  
2. On the Listing page, from the  three dot menu options, click Delete. 
3. Click Yes  on the confirmation pop-up. 
4. A Confirmation message is displayed that the Web Card is deleted.

Deleting a Web Card from the Details Page

1. On the Listing page, click on the Web Card you choose to Delete. 
2. Web Card details page is displayed with Clone, Edit, Design, and Delete button. click Delete. 
3. Click Yes  on the confirmation pop-up.
   
4. A Confirmation message is displayed that the Web Card is deleted.
