- From the Left Nav Menu, click Web Personalization > Web Cards.
- The Web Card listing page is displayed. Select a Web Card from the list.
- The Web Card page opens displaying the Metrics of the Web Card in two sections, Web Card Statistics and Web Experiences.
Web Card Statistics
Web Card Statistics: The Web Card Statistics display Impressions, Clicks, Conversion, and the Conversion Rate (%) of a Web Card.
- Impressions: The number of times the web card is displayed or viewed by users.
- Clicks: The number of times the user clicks on the CTA of the Web Card.
- Conversion: Conversion is clicks recorded based on the configuration while customizing the CTA at the Web Card level under Report As. If you have selected Conversion from the drop-down, each time the user clicks on the CTA of a web card in runtime a Conversion count is recorded. If you have selected None from the drop-down, the Conversion count will not be recorded.
- Conversion Rate: The percentage of users who viewed (Impressions) the Web Card vs clicking on the CTA.
Web Experiences:
Web Experiences: The Web Experience section displays all the Web Experiences using the Web Card, and Impressions, Clicks, Conversions, and Conversion Rates (%) for a Web Experience.
Web Experience: Name of the Experience using the Web Card.
Impressions: The number of times the web card is displayed or viewed by users for the Experience.
Clicks: The number of times the user clicked on the CTA of the Web Card for the Experience.
Conversions: Conversion is clicks recorded based on the configuration while customizing the CTA at the Web Card level under Report As. If you have selected Conversion from the drop-down, each time the user clicks on the CTA of a web card in runtime a Conversion count is recorded. If you have selected None from the drop-down, the Conversion count will not be recorded.
Conversion Rate: The percentage of users who viewed (Impressions) the Web Card vs clicking on the CTA.
Web Card Metrics in a Web Experience
- From the Left Nav, click on Web Experiences and select a Web Experience from the listing page.
- When a Web Card is associated with a Web Experience, the performance of the Web Card is displayed under the Metrics tab of a Web Experience.
Web Card Metrics in Reports
- From the Left Nav Menu, click Reports > Web Personalization > Web Card.
- The Web Card Reports page is displayed with the Web Card Name, Impressions, Clicks, Conversions, and the Conversion Rate (%) of a Web Card.
- This table describes the details of a column in the Reports Table:
Name | Description |
Web Card | Name of the Web Card |
Impressions | The number of times the web card is displayed or viewed by the user. |
Clicks | The number of times the user clicked on the CTA of the Web Card. |
