A Stream is a curated collection of assets grouped to form a Hub.
Each Stream consists of Assets interconnected through various factors such as content type (video or PDF), industry, solution, topic, role, buyer persona, country, account, and company.
When a Stream is created, it is assigned a unique URL that is automatically linked to the Stream.
Important: To publish a Hub, you should configure at least one Stream in the Hub.
- From the Left Navigation Menu, click Hubs.
- On the Hubs page, choose the specific Hub where you want to create a stream.
- The Hub Dashboard page is displayed by default. From the Hub menu, click Streams.
- On the Stream listing page, click Add Stream.
- In the Add Stream pop-up window, enter the Stream Name, Stream Page Title and Stream Page Description(optional). By default the Stream Visibility option is set to Public. The Stream Page Title and URL Path will auto-populate based on the Name, but you can edit them as needed before clicking Save.
The Stream Page Title and Stream Page Description will be displayed in real-time while viewing the Stream in the Hub.
- Select a folder for the stream by clicking Choose. Select the desired folder from the pop-up window. Click Save. To learn more about Folders, click here.
- The Stream is successfully created, and the Stream Details page is displayed with the Contents tab selected by default.
