Viewing Account Visitor Activities

Modified on Wed, 30 Jul at 1:31 AM

To view an Account Visitor, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Left Nav Menu, click ABM > Account Visitors.
  2. On the Account Visitors page, click the Name to view the details.

  3. The Account Visitor page displays the Dashboard, Configure, and Publish Logs tabs.

    Dashboard
By default, the Dashboard tab is displayed. It provides insights into Activities, View Time, and HSignal Scores.

The HSignal Scores section appears only if Topics are configured. If no Topics are set up, this section will not be visible.

  • The Activities section shows a detailed timeline of everything a visitor has done—such as:

    Visited pages
    Previewed assets

    Submitted forms

    Clicked CTAs

    Engaged with assets

Each action is time-stamped and includes how long the visitor spent on a particular activity (e.g., page visits or asset previews). This helps you track user behavior and interest patterns on your ABM or Hub pages.

  • View Time displays how long visitors engage with the ABM page.

Total View Time shows the cumulative time spent by the visitors.

Average View Time indicates how long, on average, the visitor stayed on the page.

  • HSignals lists Topics that are relevant to the assets that a Visitor interacts with, along with a Score. HSignal will display in the Dashboard tab only when Topics are configured.

Score reflects visitor engagement, determined by their interactions (previews, engagement, form submissions, and asset downloads) with content related to that topic, indicating their level of involvement and interest.

    Score boost
signifies engagement with specific content topics, considering their past interactions. This score can fluctuate over time, increasing or decreasing based on visitors' evolving interactions and interests.

    Configure
You can view the information about the Account Visitor, which can also be modified depending on the type.
