Searching for Account Visitors

You can search for Account Visitors using the Default and Advanced search. To search for Account Visitors, you can follow the below steps.

Default Search

1. From the Left Nav Menu, click ABM > Account Visitors.   
2. You can enter the Account Visitors First Name/Last Name/Job role or Invitee Id and click Search.   
3. The search string is matched with the search text and all the matching accounts are returned in the search result.

Advanced Search

You can search for Account Visitors based on one or more of the following parameters:

• Email
• Invitee Id
• Job Role
• Department
• Account
• Account Rep
• Eng. Stage - New, Browser, Clicker, Engaged and Highly Engaged.
• Type - Invitee and Non Invitee.
• Import Name
• Last Activity - From Date - To Date. 

Searching for an Account Visitor based on Email:

1. Click the drop-down arrow in the Search Field.   
2. Enter the search text in the Email field. Click Search.   
3. The account matching the Email is returned in the search results.   

Searching for an Account Visitor based on Invitee Id:

1. Click the drop-down arrow in the Search Field.   
2. Enter the search text in the Invitee Id field. Click Search.   
3. The account matching the Invitee Id is returned in the search results.       

Searching for Account Visitors based on Job Role:

1. Click the drop-down arrow in the Search Field.   
2. Enter the search text in the Job Role field. Click Search.   
3. The account matching the Job Role is returned in the search results.   

Searching for Account Visitors based on Department:

1. Click the drop-down arrow in the Search Field.   
2. Enter the search text in the Department field. Click Search.   
3. The account matching the department is returned in the search results.   

Searching for Account Visitors based on Account:

1. Click the drop-down arrow in the Search Field.   
2. Enter the search text and select the account from the drop-down list in the Account field. Click Search.   
3. The account matching the search text is returned in the search results.   

Searching for Account Visitors based on Account Rep:

1. Click the drop-down arrow in the Search Field.
   
   
2. Select the Account Rep from the drop-down list in the Account Rep field. Click Search.          
3. The account matching the Account Rep is returned in the search results.   

Searching for Account Visitors based on Eng. Stage:

1. Click the drop-down arrow in the Search Field.   
2. Select the Eng. Stage from the drop-down list in the Eng. Stage field. Click Search.   
3. The account matching the Eng. Stage is returned in the search results.   

Searching for Account Visitors based on Type:

1. Click the drop-down arrow in the Search Field.
   
2. Select the Type from the drop-down list in the Type field. Click Search.   
3. The account matching the Type is returned in the search results.
   • Type: Invitee     
   • Type: Non-Invitee    

Searching Account Visitors based on Import Name

1. Click the drop-down arrow in the Search Field.           
2. Enter the search text in the Import Name Field. Click Search.    
3. The accounts that match the Import Name are returned in the search results.

Searching for Account Visitors based on Last Activity:

1. Click the drop-down arrow in the Search Field.
      
2. Select the Last Activity From and To date and click Search.     
3. The account matching the Last Activity dates is returned in the search results.
