Editing an Account Visitor
Account Visitors can be of type Invitee and Non-Invitee. On the Account Visitors edit page, you can update the details of a visitor associated with an account.
To edit an Account Visitor, follow the steps below:
- From the Left Nav Menu, click ABM > Account Visitors.
- On the Account Visitors page, open the three-dot menu under the Action column for the desired visitor and select Edit.
- By default, the Configure tab is displayed to edit the Account Visitor.
- You can make modifications to the fields for each of the following Account Visitor Types:
- Account Visitor of Type - Invitee with Engagement Stage New.
Note: Here, all the fields, including Account and Invitee ID, can be modified.
- Account Visitor of Type - Invitee with an Engagement Stage Browser/Clicker/Engage/Highly Engaged.
Note: Here, Account and Invitee Id are marked as non-editable; you could modify other fields.
- Account Visitor of Type - Non-Invitee and of any Engagement Stage.
Note: Here, the Account and Invitee Id are non-editable, and the Invitee Id is blank; you could modify other fields.
- Account Visitor of Type - Invitee with Engagement Stage New.
- Click Update to save the changes.
- A confirmation message appears, and the visitor’s account details are updated on the Account Visitors page.
Deleting an Account Visitor
The Delete option is enabled only for Account Visitors of Type Invitee with Engagement Stage New. An Account Visitor having Activities cannot be deleted.
To delete an Account Visitor, follow the steps below:
- From the Left Nav menu, click ABM > Account Visitors.
- On the Account Visitors page, click on the three-dot menu under the Action column for the Account Visitor you want to delete and click Delete.
- A confirmation prompt appears. Click OK to proceed with removing the visitor.
- A confirmation is displayed, and the Account Visitor is removed from the listing page.
