Adding Account Visitors

To add Account Visitors, you can follow the below steps:

  1. From the Left Nav Menu, click ABM > Account Visitors.
  2. On the Account Visitors page, click Add Account Visitor.   
  3. On the Add Account Visitor page, enter the details of the Account Visitors.
  4. Select the Account from the drop-down list of accounts.
  5. Enter a unique Invitee ID.   
  6. Optionally, enter the First Name.   
  7. Optionally, enter the Last Name.   
  8. Optionally, enter the Email of the visitor.
  9. Optionally, enter the Job Role of the visitor.   
  10. Optionally, enter the Department of the visitor.
  11. Click Save.   
  12. A confirmation message is displayed and an Account Visitor of Type - Invitee is created on the Account Visitors page.
