To add Account Visitors, you can follow the steps below:
- From the Left Nav Menu, click ABM > Account Visitors.
- On the Account Visitors page, click Add Account Visitor.
- On the Add Account Visitor page, enter the details of the Account Visitor.
- Select the Account from the drop-down list of accounts.
- Enter a unique Invitee ID.
- Optionally, enter the First Name.
- Optionally, enter the Last Name.
- Optionally, enter the Email of the visitor.
- Optionally, enter the Job Role of the visitor.
- Optionally, enter the Department of the visitor.
- Click Save.
- A confirmation message is displayed, and an Account Visitor of Type - Invitee is created on the Account Visitors page.
