Account Engagement Stages:
The Account Engagement Stage page in Hushly allows users to configure an engagement funnel at an account level.
Viewing the Account Engagement Stages:
To view Account Engagement Stages:
- From the Left Nav Menu, click ABM > Account Engagement Stages.
- On the Account Engagement Stages page, you can view the Account Engagement Stages Table.
- The Account Engagement Stages Table provides the following information:
- Activity:
- The number of Unique Visitors at Stage New.
- The number of Unique Visitors at Stage Browser.
- The number of Unique Visitors at Stage Clicker.
- The number of Unique Visitors at Stage Engaged.
- The Number of Unique Visitors at Stage Highly Engaged.
- The number of Unique Visitors at Stage New.
- Engagement Stage: Different Stages that are assigned to the Account
- New: Assigned to a newly created Account.
- Aware: Assigned when the visitor of the Account fulfil the defined Aware rule.
- Interested: Assigned when the visitor of the Account fulfil the defined Interested rule.
- Engaged: Assigned when the visitor of the Account fulfil the defined Engaged rule.
- Highly Engaged: Assigned when the visitor of the Account fulfil the defined Highly Engaged rule.
- New: Assigned to a newly created Account.

Customization of the Account Engagement Stages:
You can customize the rules by following the below steps.
- Click Customize on the Account Engagement Stages. Note: If you click the customize button on the Visitor's Engagement Stage page, then the Account Engagement is already cloned to be customized and the customize button will not be displayed.
- The Engagement Stage names are hyperlinked.
- Click the Stage Name to update the rule.
- The Account Engagement Stage pop-up window is displayed with the Stage name and rules. You can add rules in the pop-up window by clicking the Add Rule button. Note: One rule is mandatory to define an Account Engagement Stage.
- Click Update to save the changes.
