Account Engagement Stages:
The Account Engagement Stage page in Hushly allows users to configure an engagement funnel at an account level.
Viewing the Account Engagement Stages:
To view Account Engagement Stages:
- From the Left Nav Menu, click ABM > Account Engagement Stages.
- On the Account Engagement Stages page, you can view the Account Engagement Stages Table.
- The Account Engagement Stages Table provides the following information:
- Activity:
- The number of unique visitors in the New stage.
The number of unique visitors in the Browser stage.
The number of unique visitors in the Clicker stage.
The number of unique visitors in the Engaged stage.
The number of unique visitors in the Highly Engaged stage.
- The number of unique visitors in the New stage.
- Engagement Stage: Different stages are assigned to an Account based on visitor activity and predefined engagement rules.
- New: Assigned to an Account when it is newly created.
Aware: Assigned when a visitor associated with the Account meets the conditions defined in the Aware rule.
Interested: Assigned when a visitor associated with the Account meets the conditions defined in the Interested rule.
Engaged: Assigned when a visitor associated with the Account meets the conditions defined in the Engaged rule.
Highly Engaged: Assigned when a visitor associated with the Account meets the conditions defined in the Highly Engaged rule.
- New: Assigned to an Account when it is newly created.

Customization of the Account Engagement Stages:
You can customize the rules by following the steps below.
- Click Customize on the Account Engagement Stages.
Note: If you click the customize button on the Visitor's Engagement Stage page, then the Account Engagement is already cloned to be customized, and the customize button will not be displayed.
- The Engagement Stage names are hyperlinked.
- Click the Stage Name to update the rule.
- The Account Engagement Stage pop-up window is displayed with the Stage name and rules. You can add rules in the pop-up window by clicking the Add Rule button.
Note: At least one rule must be defined to assign an Account Engagement Stage.
- Click Update to save the changes.
