Editing RSS Feeds

To edit the RSS Feed, you can follow the steps below:

1. From the Left Nav Menu, click Assets.
      
2. On the Assets page, click RSS Feeds.   
3. On the RSS Feeds page, click on the three-dot menu under the Action column for the RSS Feed you would like to edit and click Edit.

Editing the Configure Tab:    

1. Under the Configure tab, you can modify the RSS Feed Name, Asset Type, Sync Category Field, Remove Asset With Feed Entry, Download Thumbnail Image, and Folder. Once you've made your changes, click Update.Note: 

   • The RSS Feed URL cannot be changed as it is created with the RSS Feed, and the sync job is initiated hourly.
   • Asset Type / Sync Category Fields, if modified, on the next Sync run, these values would get associated with the Web article Asset when an Item is added or updated in the RSS feed.
     
     
2. A confirmation message is displayed. 

Editing the Automation Rules:  

1. Under the Automation tab, all automation rules are listed. To make changes, click the Edit link next to the rule you want to modify. 
2. In the Edit Automation Rule window, you can modify the Rule Name, Rules, and Actions. Once you've made your changes, click Update.Note: All updated changes will apply to the next items that get synced.
   
   
3. A confirmation message is displayed.
