Terms Description 
Adaptive Content Hub A platform that provides personalized content experiences for users based on their interests and behaviors. It is a valuable asset to potential buyers as it provides relevant information up front at every stage whether they are doing research or at the point of making a decision.
API TokensAPI tokens are unique identifiers associated with your Hushly Account. You can use them to authenticate to the API over Basic Authentication
AssetAn asset is a content type. It can be a document or video published on your website or a third-party website.
Business EmailA business email address is an email used specifically for an organization and includes the company's name.
Hushly allows only business email to access the assets that are provided.
CampaignMarketing campaign 
Campaign/Marketing campaigns are strategic initiatives promoting business goals through carefully planned and varied activities to achieve optimal results. Search Engine Marketing campaigns, Social Media Marketing campaigns, and so on
Categories and TagsCategories and tags are organizational tools used in content management systems to classify and label content for easy categorization, retrieval, and navigation.

Example:

Categories: "Blog Posts", "News Articles", "Product Updates"

Tags: "Marketing", "Social Media", "SEO", "Sales", "E-commerce".

Content Engagement LiftContent engagement lift is the quantifiable increase in audience interaction and involvement with content, indicating its effectiveness in capturing and retaining attention.
Custom FieldsCustom fields are user-defined data fields in a system or application that allow for personalized and flexible data capture, beyond standard pre-defined fields.
DashboardsDashboards are visual displays of real-time performance metrics or KPIs (key performance indicators) for quick and easy data-driven decision-making.
Data quality lift Data quality lift refers to the improvement in data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reliability resulting from data quality measures or processes.
DomainA domain is a registered name that serves as the unique address for a website on the Internet, consisting of a top-level domain (TLD) and a second-level domain chosen by the website owner.
Dwell timeDwell time is the duration that a user actively engages with a specific content or webpage, used as a metric for assessing user engagement and content effectiveness. It is a dedicated space that hosts a Hub or Experiences.

Embedded StreamEmbed streams are multimedia content, like videos or live streams, integrated into a website or application for direct viewing or interaction within the hosting platform.                                                                                                                    
Engagement TrendsEngagement trends are patterns in how audiences interact with content, influenced by technology and consumer behavior on the ABM page associated with the Account.
Experience An Experience refers to an overall user experience.

You can define five types of user actions to trigger an Experience.

  1. On Exit intent
  2. On Click
  3. On JavaScript Event
  4. On Timer
  5. Embed
Fulfillment URL

This is the destination that Hushly redirects a user to. This is usually the website or landing page where a PDF or video asset is displayed.

For example, if you are a website hosting third-party research, your licensing terms may require you to direct the user to the third party’s website.

Note: if the asset is a video hosted on YouTube, the fulfillment URL takes the visitor to YouTube.

HubsMarketing and Content Marketing departments create useful and industry-specific content for prospects and customers.
LeadsLeads refer to individuals or companies who have shown interest in a product or service and have provided their contact information, making them potential customers for a business.
Lead CaptureLead capture is the process of collecting potential customer information, typically through forms or other means, to convert them into customers. It is a crucial step in the lead generation process.
Lead EnrichmentLead enrichment enhances lead data with additional information to better understand and engage with potential customers, improving sales and marketing outcomes.
Lead LiftLead lift refers to an increase in the quality or effectiveness of leads, resulting in improved sales outcomes.
Marketing Automation PlatformMarketing Automation Platform allows you to track quantifiable data,
automate, streamline, and measure your account workflows.
Overlay Overlay refers to showing an Asset in a pop-up window.
ReportsReports provide a high-level overview and in-depth analysis of lead generation metrics and activity using Hushly.
Self-nurturing landing pagesSelf-nurturing landing pages are web pages designed to automatically educate and engage leads without human intervention. They provide valuable content to nurture leads and guide them toward becoming customers.
SegmentSegments include rules that define user groups.
Sixth Sense (6 Sense)The 6 sense Account Engagement Platform helps B2B organizations achieve predictable revenue growth by putting the power of AI big data and machine learning behind every member of the revenue team.
Smart Microforms This is a simple way to replace long forms with a request for two pieces of information, then Hushly enriches to keep as much useful information in your database.
Standard fieldsThe default fields of Hushly.
StreamA set of related content Assets. 
Unpublished LeadsUnpublished leads are the number of leads that are yet to be published.
User A visitor to your website. An unqualified prospect.
Variables Variables are additional fields that you can define to manage Experiences (the Who tab) or Hubs (Recommendation Rules > Rules > Custom).
