The ABM Dashboard provides insights to visualize and understand the performance of the Account associated with a Cluster.
- From the Left Nav Menu, click ABM > Dashboard.
- The dashboard is divided into six main sections - Statistics, Accounts, Engagement Trend, Most Engaged Accounts, Assets with Most Engagements, and ABM Pages
- Statistics:
- The Statistics section provides a breakdown of account engagement stages.
ACCOUNTS: Total number of accounts currently tracked or engaged.
NEW: These are newly added or identified accounts with no prior engagement.AWARE: Accounts that have shown initial signs of awareness, such as visiting a page.
INTERESTED: Accounts that have moved beyond awareness and demonstrated interest, possibly through repeated visits or specific content views.
ENGAGED: These accounts have taken deeper actions like form submissions, downloads, or other significant engagements. They form 7% of the total.
HIGHLY ENGAGED: Accounts with the strongest activity signals, possibly submitting the form and showing buying intent.

- The Most Engaged Accounts table provides a snapshot of the top accounts based on visitor interactions, engagement activities, and lead generation.
