Hushly Onboarding Outline

Welcome to Hushly     


The following document is designed to help set expectations to make the onboarding process as smooth as possible.


Once a Pilot Agreement is signed, Sales will introduce customer contacts to Hushly Customer Success. There will be a manager assigned to the account which will become the primary point of contact moving forward. Customers will be sent a link to activate their accounts.    

Hushly Success Manager will connect with the customer to get the first onboarding meeting scheduled. We recommend inviting representatives from the MarTech team responsible for putting the Hushly tag on the website and set up the Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) integration and those that have responsibilities for lead generation, content creation, and engagement, and driving high traffic to the web site and other digital campaigns.


You will be provided with an onboarding spreadsheet which you will be required to complete. One tab will include all of the URLs and assets that we are using to set up your Hushly Experiences and/or Streams. The other tab will include your Minimum Data Requirements (MDR). MDR’s are the fields that you require Hushly to find during Lead Enrichment in order to publish it to your MAP as well as the field names where you want the data passed to.


Here is a step by step guide of what you’ll need to take care of in order to get Hushly up and running:

Step 1: Activate Your Hushly Account.

Step 2: Place the Hushly tag (Which can be found on the Home page inside Hushly) on the pages you want to Hushly enable or sitewide.

Step 3: Set up MAP integration.

Step 4: Complete onboarding spreadsheet.

Step 5: Test leads to ensure all data is passing correctly (this is typically done together in the second onboarding meeting) and publish Experiences / Streams.

Step 6: Get regularly weekly/monthly/quarterly check-in meetings scheduled with your Hushly Success Manager.
