Adding Account(s) to a Cluster

Accounts can be added only to a Static type Cluster, to add Account(s) to a Cluster, you can follow the below steps:

  1. From the Left Nav Menu, click ABM > Clusters.
                                   
  2. On the Clusters page, click on the three-dot menu under the Action column and click Accounts.
  3. The Accounts tab opens on the Clusters page. Click the +Add Account button.

  4. In the Add Accounts to Cluster pop-up window, the list of accounts is displayed.

  5. You can filter the accounts by entering a search text in any of the search fields. Click Search to view a list of accounts that match your search text.

  6. Select the check box of the accounts you want to add, once done with the selection, click +Add Accounts to add the selected accounts to the clusters.
  7. The selected accounts are added to the cluster and are displayed on the Clusters Accounts listing page.
  8. You can also remove an account from a Cluster by clicking on the Remove link against the respective Account.
  9. You can sort the list of accounts in ascending or descending order by clicking the header column such as the Name and Domain by Alphabetical order and Created On by Date order.
    • Sort by Name: Click on Name, the accounts are sorted in ascending order and vice-versa. 
    • Sort by Domain: Click on Domain, the domains are sorted in ascending order and vice-versa.


    • Sort by Created Date: Click on Created Date, the account-created dates are sorted in ascending order and vice-versa.
    • Sort by Accounts Representative: Click on Accounts Representative, the Representatives are sorted in ascending order and vice-versa.
    • Sort by Engagement Stage: Click on Engagement Stage, the Engagement Stage status are sorted in ascending order and vice-versa
