Viewing a Cluster

To view a Cluster, you can follow the below steps:

1. From the Left Nav Menu, click ABM > Clusters.
      
2. On the Clusters page, enter the Cluster name in the search field and click Search.
   
   
3. The search string is matched with the name of the cluster and returns the matching search results on the Clusters page. Select the Cluster to view it.
4. The Cluster that you want to view displays the following tabs:
   • Metrics
   • Configure
   • Accounts

Metrics:

By default, the Metrics tab opens. This tab provides information about the performance of the Cluster.   

• The Statistics Block displays the number of Accounts associated with the Cluster and a break up of these Accounts categorized as per the Engagement Tiers rules and its percentage.    

• Engagement Trend provides overall information about the Content of the ABM page associated with the Account.  
• Most Engaged Accounts provides information about the accounts of the cluster that have the most engaged with the ABM Pages.  
• Assets with Most Engagements provides details of the number of views of the asset content and the engagement made with the content.  
• ABM Pages provides information about the list of ABM pages that are associated with the cluster that a user visits, engage with the content of the page, and are converted.

Configure:

Click the Configure Tab. This tab provides information about the cluster that can be modified. Click Update to save the changes.

Accounts:

Click the Accounts Tab. This tab displays the accounts that are associated with the Cluster.
